UPDATE: Someone named Walter commented making SEVERAL excuses as to why not take my case. I spoke to two separate law firms that gave me a different overview than what the Benenati Law Firm had given me. I feel so much more confident thank you to the BADGLEY LAW GROUP who's taken my case with great confidence. What a difference of night and day!!! Benenati made me feel like I had no chance at all, making it seem like it was a difficult case, I guess it was a blessing in disguise.

Spoke to Brett Lawson an attorney at Benenati. He wanted a full payment of $725 by the next business day but did not disclose this the day of. I called 48 hours later to pay and his assistant said he would not take my case because he wanted payment the day before. He just said he wanted to work on it as soon as possible, not anything about not… taking the case if I did have the money in the next business day. Well, I'm sorry I didn't have $725 laying around. $725 is a lot of money, 2 business days later instead of 1 is really not unreasonable, but when I asked what the probability was of

I just called this office and the receptionist hung up on me the second time she picked up she was snotty, smirked, a little laughter when I had a question !!
Train your receptionist on customer service/ phone etiquette. Let them know that their "smile" if any, behavior transmits over the phone.

This firm is very professional. In my particular case they went over and above the call of duty. Just as an example, more than 2 years after my case was sealed I needed some documents and dates, etc. Everyone at this firm bent over backward to get me the documents and information I needed/requested within minutes. Incredible. If you ever need a law firm in O-Town = WFB Law Firm is one of the best.
