Where do I start, I cannot speak enough about Donald Dupuy’s Body Shop. My side mirror was stolen on my new 2020 CRV. I went to their shop for an insurance claim. They were one of the places that was recommended by insurance. Of all the shops I contacted they were the only place that was quick to respond back and have availability to bring my car. I called on a Monday and spoke to Matt who was great and provided excellent customer service.
I brought my vehicle the next day and Matt handled all of the insurance stuff. The shop was able to order the part within a day and my car was fixed by noon

I had a car accident last year and i brought my car to Don's shop and was super pleased with how my car was fixed! i got into another accident this year and decided to bring my car back to him and boy, im so glad i did! not only did they do such a great job at matching the paint job, he also THOROUGHLY detailed the inside AND outside of my car. i went to pick it up and i was trying to figure out why my car looked shinier than i remembered haha. 100000/10 would recommend if you need your car fixed in a timely professional and friendly manner.

It is quite a feat to acquire a perfect 5 star rating for any business, but now I know why this shop has done that. This was by far my best experience at a body shop (or any shop for that matter). They went above and beyond to pick up special tires that I requested, and even resurfaced one of my rims on the house. They also cleaned and detailed my car inside and out. My car looks amazing! And on top of all of that, my vehicle was ready in less than a week. Everyone I spoke to was professional, patient, and friendly. They really take their time to do things the right way. Fabulous experience! My vehicle was ready earlier than expected, and when I went to pick it up it had been detailed inside and outside! I was blown away by how great my vehicle looked, and so appreciative of the extra service touches. I absolutely didn’t not expect to return to a spotless car, inside and out!!
Matt and Donald were friendly, personable, and professional.
Of course I hope to never be in an accident again, but I can promise you that if I am ever in need of a body shop I’ll be going straight to Donald Dupuy’s!!

I would have never thought being involved in an accident would be such a wonderful experience, but Donald Dupuy’s proved otherwise. I picked this shop for the five star reviews and I was not disappointed. The service was beyond my expectations. When the repairs were complete and I went to pick my car up, it looked as if it had just rolled off the car lot brand new. The body work was immaculate. They detailed the inside and outside of the car, and even cleaned my foggy headlights. Just a couple of days before my car was hit, I got a new license plate and they even put that on! My vehicle was hit and I made a claim on their insurance. They gave me a list and I choose Donald Dupuy's Body Shop and boy am I glad I did! They completed all the work on the day they said they would. They explained everything that was needing to be fixed and were so polite and helpful. Not only did they clean and polish the outside of my vehicle but also the inside of my vehicle. Donald and Matt went above and beyond! Thank you so much

Donald does excellent work! I’ve had him work on 4 of my family’s cars since 2008 and in every case, he works with you and your insurance company to get the car repaired within budget. His work is the best I have seen and he and his staff are a pleasure to work with particularly during a time which can be stressful.

OUTSTANDING. Donald and Matt were awesome to work with, they went over and beyond with the customer service. The ease of the process was exceptional. They dealt directly with the adjuster and got my car repaired as quickly as possible. The whole experience was such a smooth transition from dropping off to picking up. They not only fixed my car, but they gave it a great cleaning too. I will be recommending this shop to anyone that is looking for a first class body shop.
