I’ve always had trepidation when it came to auto repair dealers but this time it was different. Researched repair shops in the area and came across Kev’s Kars website. The reviews were great so I emailed them from their website with what I needed done. Craig responded by phone in less than 30 minutes.
I thought I needed an expensive brake job and it was determined that I didn’t need one. They repaired the other items and my car was ready before noon.
Craig was awesome to work with. I will definitely use them again.

My experience here, specifically with Reggie, was great. They were very flexible and helpful, explained all charges thoroughly and answered any questions. Their business had just been hit by Hurricane Ida and suffered significant damages, but their entire staff is doing everything they can to provide the best experience, and I was very pleased with my service.

My passenger side power window was stuck down and I was scheduled to fly out of town later in the afternoon. Although they were very busy with Hurricane Ida damage repairs on vehicles in the shop, and also having repairs done on the building, they were able to fit me in and expertly resolve the issue with my power window.

Insurance payment and Hurricane Ida collided - Lorena has been holding my vehicle hostage, not returning calls, or emails.
They have received payment nearly a month ago - but claim they can't process it to release my car. It's now been two weeks since that conversation with no response to me or my insurance.

He was very attentive & kept in contact with all updates for my car! They even went the extra mile so adjust a leak that had been an issue for a very long time! Work was done on my Ram big horn 1500.
It was hit on the backside of the front fender and pushed up the running board into the rocker panel. The front rim was bent and the passenger door was jammed against the fender. Many other things too much to list.
All work was held up by the insurance company. I really don't like to write bad reviews but I can't let people be ripped off like I almost was. I know Kev's have a great reputation but is a repair job worth almost double the cost. Went for a estimate was told it would be 1783.00, then after telling him that was out of line he gave me another price 1450. I decided to get estimate at Unitech Collision estimate repair 966.00. I was somewhat concerned about what I would get. To my surprise I can't tell there was ever a repair done. Excellent job. Just remember don't go with your first choice unless you like given your money

My insurance sent me here and I was extremely impressed. They replaced the entire door and body panel where I got hit, painted everything, and you can't tell that the car was in an accident at all. Pretty fast work, too, took about a week overall and they kept me well informed with a detailed estimate and list of everything they did. I'd definitely take my car here again. But hopefully I won't have to. But nobody in this town can drive so it's nice to know a good body shop/mechanic.

Came here as a recommendation from my insurance company after I was hit in a hit and run. Kevs Kars was more than helpful. My Jeep isn't back to normal but it's better than I had expected on my old 2007 Jeep Wrangler. I got a whole new door and sides redone, they repainted it and the match was done really well. This place was recommended by the person where I originally took my car to be fixed. He was booked three weeks out and recommended Kev's Kars. I'm new to the area and got T-boned. When I called Kev's Kars it was already after business hours, but they answered the phone anyway and explained clearly how to use their after hours drop-off system and how to get a rental car.

I had a minor hit/run fender bender from a parking lot on my brand new 2015 Nissan Rogue 3 months after it was purchased. I actually had no knowledge of this company but I googled their ratings on the internet and After such good reviews I decided to give them a try. I was satisfied with their work. They matched the color which was a new one for that year perfectly.I have no real complaints and I am very picky. The only thing I found was the the guy who actually looks and gives the estimates wasn't really nice. He also appeared to be preoccupied so was rushing me with the details.

I had a significant amount of front end body work done in September of 2016 when someone hit my van. This body shop called immediately to offer me an appointment at the beginning of the week and by the end of the week in 3 days I had my minivan back better than before. The General Manager, Keith, advised me that he would try to have it ready by the end of the week and indeed it was. They are very professional- courteous and engaging to the client. They walked around the vehicle with me inspecting for all damages to see if they might be of assistance for other minor paint issues even unrelated

Went to 3 different places for a estimate. And Kevins Kars beat them all. But more importantly the work was excellent, they kept me informed as things progressed. I also must mention the other 2 places quoted me 5 days, Kevin's did it in 3 and since I was paying out of pocket I also saved on my rental expense.

We've used them a couple of times for repairs and maintenance on my wife's car. They are a little out of the way for us, but the service and experience has been good. The car has been ready when promised and there were no late extra charges on the bills. I would guess the real recommendation is that we have gone back for additional work.
