After a long search for a solution to add a bedroom wall to my Manhattan apartment, I came across Raydoor products. Right when I saw the sliding wall systems I was interested because I loved the idea of having an elegant wall that would maintain the quality of the space, but that was also be able to become open for parties/gatherings. I recently had Raydoor sliding doors installed. I love them! They turned out better than even I hoped. Lila at Raydoor helped me make my selections.
I have a studio apartment with an alcove, and wanted three sliding doors that could stack against the outer "wingwall" and then be pulled across the alcove to close off the space. My walls are white, and I wanted them to blend in, so I chose Sierra White with gloss white inserts. They are solid, and very well made, and truly add a beautiful architectural element to my apartment.
In NYC, it's often hard to find a contractor to do minor

We had a challenging design need to fill: provide privacy to a waiting area in a garage studio. We got a Raydoor sliding wall installed in our apartment. The system allows us to keep our large living room intact but also gives us the option to create a separate bedroom when needed.
The crew that installed the wall was extremely professional. Their work was meticulous and they cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. We were impressed watching the mechanic cut through the plaster wall in a slow and very exact manner and while he was cutting, his wife was using a vacuum nozzle a few inches away to remove the dirt and dust as he cut. They also added a slot in the kitchen wall to accept
