Dr. Larkins graduated from the University of Kentucky, College of Dentistry with honors in 1993. She then completed a 2-year General Practice Residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She has been in private practice in Lebanon since 1995. Dr. Larkins was the first woman dentist to practice in Wilson County.
