She obtained her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Tennessee State University in 1991, and prior to that she obtained her Dental Assisting Certificate from Volunteer State Community College.Her 25 years of experience allows her to educate patients about their individual dental needs and desires.

Dr. Chad Williams graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School in 2001. Prior to studying at Louisville School of Dentistry, he attended College at Morehead State University, where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Williams has remained up-to-date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.

Bonding is a process in which an enamel-like material is applied to a tooth's surface, sculpted to an ideal shape, hardened, and then polished for an ideal smile. This procedure usually can be accomplished in a single visit. Bonding is often performed in order to fill in gaps or change the color of your teeth.
Are dental amalgams safe? Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to amalgam? Is it true that dental amalgams have been banned in other countries? Is there a filling material that matches tooth color? If my tooth doesn't hurt and my filling is still in place, why would the filling need to be replaced?

I walked in there with no appointment and major tooth pain and I immediately got to go back and get worked on. I was super nervous and the lady there (I'm sorry I forgot your name) made sure I was comfortable. Then when I met the actual Dentist he was funny and made me feel safe. My tooth was pulled and I didn't feel a thing. I would recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you guys again!!

Worst dentist ever. All he wants is your money. He replaced s bridge and a crown and now I have to have oral surgery and bone grafts and implants done because of his poorly done work. If you want to keep your teeth, DO NOT go to this dentist. I wish I could recover some of my money that was paid.

Dr. Chad in a word is A-MAZ-ING! Great work & very caring. I have a MAJOR phobia of dentists & he understood. He kept telling me jokes the whole time I was in the chair to relax me. Ive gone back to him a few times now & I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Chad Williams & the whole staff at Smile Gallery! Y'all are the greatest!

After visiting other dentists in Lebanon, and not being entirely satisfied with the experience, I visited Smile Gallery due to a recommendation. Dr. Williams and his staff were amazing, and I have always felt comfortable that I am receiving the level of care that I need. Most importantly, I've found Dr. Williams to be a dentist that I can trust to get the job done right, where other dentists have taken shortcuts in the past!

I will never be going back to smile gallery after the experience I had today. He told he wanted to do a root canal as well when it was not mentioned at my cleaning 3 weeks before that it needed to be done. I told him I would wait and he said "don't come crying back to me when you have a toothache" so then after waiting 45 minutes being numbed for a filling he put a thing in my mouth to keep it open and cracked my jaw and I asked if he had a smaller one because it hurt and he ripped it out of my mouth and told the nurse to reschedule me for another day when I'm not being a cry

I came into the office because of a wisdom tooth that was coming in. The dental hygienist was friendly but I never saw the dentist even though I mentioned wanting to discuss future dental work. After spending almost $100 for a x ray and the office visit I went to a oral surgeon for a consultation only to find out that the x ray that I had paid for at Smile Gallery was unusable as it didn't even show the full wisdom tooth but instead the 3 teeth in front of it. Because of this I had to have the x rays retaken at the oral surgeons office. This would not be a huge deal if I had dental insurance

Smile Gallery is the absolute best. The office itself is just beautiful with the most modern up to date equipment. The staff are fabulous! They go beyond call of duty to make your visit the most pleasant ever. Dr. Chad has the best chair side manner of anyone I've ever seen. You immediately feel comfortable and at ease. The best and most pain free dentist I've ever been to. I would highly recommend Smile Gallery to everyone. I drive 5 hours one way to see him. That's just how good he is!!!

After living in Nashville for some years I am so happy to finally find a really good dentist that I like to stick with. I know its a little bit out of town, but even so its worth the drive!
Chadwick Williams is extremely professional and I like that he is using the latest technique, delivering a very good service that is still not overpriced.
Also, if you check in on Yelp you get 20% of on whitening your teeth! That will make me smile all day :)
