We were mislead by roadside assistance that this company was going to help us. This company was never contacted by the roadside assistance company, after telling us they had been dispatched to us. We called them directly and they said they had no record of coming to us. After talking with the owner he said all his trucks were busy but due to our situation he immediately sent a truck to us. Within 5 mins of being on scene with us they had us going again. Owner and driver were very understanding of our situation, professional, and helpful. Top notice business. B&D was the best part of my horrible experience in Memphis with a truck breakdown. Starting with Jessica at the dispatch front and ending with Tony who gave me a tow twice, THEY WERE THE BEST!
Jessica worked with me and answered all my questions and Tony went above and beyond accommodating me and my dog Cali...and taking care of my truck while in tow with extra attention to details like strapping down all my fairings on the back of the truck so they don't blow off while being towed. Little things like that and being super personable make a difference while dealing with truck issues on the road

Critical: Professionalism
They better hold onto their city contract, they'll never make it if they didn't have it. $988 for a 1 mile tow. Most expensive 1 mile ever, and I own a trucking company and have been ripped off by almost every mechanic and tow company in America, but this one takes the cake.

I cant say enough good things about Jeff and B&D. I had to use their services one night due to a tanker rollover. Jeff helped to assess the scene before I was able to get there, he let me know exactly what would be needed and how long it would take. The quality of his work was second to none and the pricing was fair. I have been in the trucking business for 14 years and this is the best tow company I have ever worked with. I highly recommend using Jeff and his crew at B&D.
