I have never had any issues going here for any of my optometry needs. Never had any issue with staff either. All of my kudos goes to Dr. Johannes! Recently went in to get my prescription for my glasses sorted out after having one done in Kansas City. Wasn't satisfied at all with my glasses because the prescription was too much to the point where I saw better without my glasses. I decided to come back here to see if Dr. Johannes could get it set correctly and he did! Now finally back to seeing things in HD again!!!

Horrible experience. Our appointment was at 5. We got there at 4:45. We waited awhile and they still hadn’t called us back, so my husband went up and asked them if we were going to be seen soon or not. An hour after our appointment time we finally got called back after having to ask, then they lost our insurance paperwork that I had just filled out and took forever to do anything. Haven’t even seen the doctor yet and I am already posting this review, as I cannot believe how bad this place is! Make sure you have lots of spare time if you’re going to come here.

Terrible. Reordered contact lenses and they didn't have my Rx/mfg in stock. They offered me a lens from a different mfg. The technician SWORE they were exactly the same. Turned out not to be so. Instead of 30 day continuous wear they were 6 day continuous wear and no one told me and no info on them was provided. Created a big problem with my eye as a result. I will never go back there.
