With the pandemic, it is understandable to find an affordable place to live. If you choose any of these properties managed by him and his "management" you are making a mistake. It took us calling the city of champaign to get heat in our home, BTW the city already knows their history which is a red flag. Maintenance requests were ignored and no one in the office cares, especially Curtis. Curtis would answer and you can hear in the background people grunting and you could tell they were rolling their eyes when we would call checking to see when maintenance would be done. We had incidents of rats

George, the landlord, only cares about taking your money and charging whatever fees he could hey. I would not recommend dealing with him at all. I lived in 505 w Springfield aug 2016- August 2017 and just moved out. There were at least 5 issues that I told George about and STILL hasn't bother to fix anything as long as he's getting his money. The good thing about this place was the location. Good place but the worst maintenance job ever.
