I have been renting from this company for two years now and never want to leave my property! Its been very busy lately but i wanted to show my gratitude!I love the quality of service I recieve especially from Jessica. She is very professional and goes above and beyond for her tenants. If there is ever a problem she responds quickly and let's me know a plan as soon as possible. Also using their app to request maintenance is always answered in a timely manner. By far the best company i have rented from! I always recommend to family and friends because I know they are trusted!

Been renting from zindars for over 5 years. The secretary Jessica is simply the best. If i could give her 6 stars i would. Probably would have left after a few years if it wasn't for her. Dryer went out, got a new washer/dryer. Windows wouldn't stay up, got new windows. Whenever i have had a problem she has ALWAYS been there. She is a true asset to the company and i consider her as a friend.

This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional and non communicative. I had to jump through multiple hoops to contact for showings and information. No one followed up about anything until last minute. I was lied to and was not contacted formally until after I had tried to contact them multiple times. Their voicemail box is always full so don’t plan on leaving a message. I wouldn’t even try renting from them at all!

If I could put zero stars, I would. I finally managed to schedule a showing after jumping through several, I believe unnecessary, hoops. I could never get the staff to answer my phone calls. I couldn't even leave a message because their voicemail box was full. When I eventually was able to see the property, it was NOTHING like the photos they posted. It was absolutely disgusting. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are unprofessional and untruthful.

I’ve been renting from this wonderful company for almost 4 months now. Have not had any issues at all. Two minor fixes that Jessica had the maintenance man Cliff take care of in no time! Cliff was an awesome guy and very trustworthy! Their properties that are completely redone is what got my attention online and I scheduled a showing for the next day. This companies rental properties are by far the cleanest and nicest in vermilion county and for a great price. You want a bug and roach free place to live and raise your family, these guys are your answer!! When property manager Jessica arrived

Called Zindars Property Management LLC this morning, Jessica in the office was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She made the person feel very stupid calling the office when things are explained on the website. Why would someone take their time to dial the number to call the office? She kept repeating herself that "if you read the website, everything is on there". This management need a new manager, would never go through this company for renting for posting for your property.

Incredibly unprofessional. I felt as if I was being bombarded every time I had to deal with this company. Jessica was NOT friendly at all and just made me feel like absolute trash. I strongly advise anyone looking at this company to look FAR beyond it. Don’t be fooled by the stainless steel appliances and that cheap backsplash that you can get at your local Menards.
ALSO, I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY RAISED THE RENT AN EXTRA $200?!?!?!?!

They are very unprofessional rental management group. I've lived at my residence 3years with never a late payment in rent or any issues to speak of. I am being told by the management owner I have 30 days to vacate the premesis due to me occuping the residence is not cost efficient to them renovating! What a way to treat you tenants! And also they are raising rent over 200 dollars a month which means rent will be 600+ dollars for a small town. Don't ever rent from these people they are terrible!
