This management company has been the least professional and impossible people to deal with. Specifically, Michael Flippin who manages our property. Lets start with my sisters unit that had a leaking roof due to the poor management of the mechanical room above her unit. 100s of dollars worth of clothes and items she had in her closet were ruined and management could not be bothered to apologize or try to resolve this. The roof leaked twice more following this and again management had no problem solving skills. When there are issues and we try to address them no one on their team can be bothered

Terrible. If you are a home owner, you will be treated like a criminal. Emails are so rude. Employees have not been trained on how to communicate. I hope the CEO reads this and spends some money on training the staff.Please ask your employees to show some respect when writing emails to home owners.
If these guys are listed as your community management company...you are better off not buying the property. Stay Away!!!!!
