THEIR RESPONSE SHOWS HOW DISRESPECTFUL THEY ARE T COSTUMERS.
THEY DID NOT SET UP WITH ANY WATER at all.
My husband and I went out to get a beverage because we were waiting for so long. 30 minutes waiting time without any acknowledgement. If the holidays are busy then you can understand why waiting 30minutes (by the time we left it would've been much longer) is worth something to say. It was not a compliment, to be called the little sister. Will not be coming back, DO NOT RECOMMEND, specially after that response.
Third time getting poor service from this place, I am really surprised of the good

Best nail shop hands down. The manager is awesome because he remembers your name and makes every client feel welcomed. The service here is exceptional. The owner did my pedicure and did an awesome job with paying attention to detail. I highly recommend this place. Lush is a little more expensive than most nail shops, but you get what you pay for. Thank you Lush for the awesome experience.

If I could give zero stars i would without any regrets! This is my cousin's nails after coming out the the salon!!!! The OWNER of the salon did not like that she was telling him how she wanted her nails done throughout the process, so what he did was foiled her nails in acetone and told her to LEAVE!!! what kind of service and owner is that?? I am in disbelief and disgusted by this person the way he treated my cousin. Is this how you treat new customers? How are you even running this business with an incredibly awful demeanor. I would highly recommend this location. There is never a long wait to receive service, I'm normally able to be seated right away. They also offer a reward program where you can check in at each service to receive points, they periodically send discount text and you will receive a discount for your birthday. The owner is super nice and helpful. This is definitely a spot you should consider if you're looking for a nail salon.

Went yesterday for a pedicure & the girl that took me, spoke perfect English but didn't say a word to me the entire time she did my pedicure and it was so sloppy and lame that I had to go home and soak my heels and do it myself again that night! She did a decent job painting them, but everything else was just sloppy and lazy. I can't believe how bad of a pedicure this was to be quite honest with you, was it expensive? No "only" $25 -so I'm glad I didn't spend $40. But $25 I cannot get back and wasted!! I will definitely never go back. Ever.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this salon based on them being the "best in the area" on a google search. I called an asked for an extensive pedicure due to me doing a dead skin peel from CVS. I was told it was possible. I came and got a mediocre service and when I pointed it out, the lady recommended me some lotion in stead of removing the visible skin. I am not pleased and feel like I was lured there just for them to get my money.

I had a gel manicure done by an older man who’s name I didn’t get. I didn’t like the way that he did my nails. He was treating my real nails like fake nails. He filed my nails too rough, sharp and short. His work was a bit sloppy and he was rushing as if I wasn’t paying for the service.I also do not trust this locations cleanliness . Two stars because the spokesman for the salon is nice and personable(too bad he didn’t do my nails).

Went for a dip manicure and choosing this salon was the worst decision. When the older lady was removing the dip that was already on my nails, she drilled all of my natural nail growth off. Not to mention that she drilled into my nail so deep that they had to use their "bleed powder" or whatever that crap was, to make my finger stop throbbing. So another lady finished my manicure and told me that she wouldn't put tips under the dip powder (to make them longer again, since my nails were gone).. whatever, I wanted to get out of there.

Walked in for pedicures and they took us right away. They did a great job! The man had Jessica as his tech and I got Ken. We received two great pedicures with an excellent firm foot massage that was much needed. It a basic salon but I prefer a great reasonably priced pedicure to an overpriced, mediocre pedicure at a Boujee spa anyday of the week. Very efficient and worth every penny. We Definitely will come back when visiting Bradenton!! Nice way to start our day.

I tried this salon due to the awesome online reviews. Either they have new staff or people are lying! My nails look AWFUL, I have never in my life had a full set of acrylics done this poorly. And when I said something to the man doing them about it, he blamed me! And said that it was my fault for picking French instead of white and pink. Excuse me, the pic I showed you was white and pink!!!! And the shape!?!? See for yourselves in the pics below, I took these just after leaving.
I was looking forward to having a salon to refer my residents to. Definitely NOT this salon!!! Horrific!

I was town for my sons wedding. I wanted all the ladies to get mani pedis as a bachelorette, bridal ladies day out. I called around for about an hour before I found a shop to accommodate 3 pedicures and 5 manicures at once. I had my mom, my daughter, my daughter in law (bride), & her mom with me and I didn't have an appointment as this was a spur of the moment type thing. The staff worked quickly and efficiently taking care of the 5 of us as well as the other walk ins that came in while we were being pampered. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and relaxing and I would recommend
