if i could rate 0 stars i would. trash work & the pictures speak for themselves. polish came off not even a day of having these done. painted over my unfilled acrylic and blamed it on me for choosing a “difficult color” LAZY!

Came in towards closing time but they reassured me they were able to do me and my friend, gel pedí didn't last it's been a week and the "gel" polish on my feet is coming off not to mention my friends gel manicure are allready off on some nails, my nails had air bubbles and are lifting around the nail, paid 200 for me and her but this is the first and last time I get my nails done here...

I read all of these negative reviews and it blows my mind. I started coming here because they are the only salon in Apollo Beach that can match my dip nail color to the toe color. They are busy because they are good. Just make an appointment, you’ll have a better experience that way. I’ve been coming here now for 2 years and my nails always look nice, and I can go three weeks in-between visits and my nails still look great. I don’t use a specific technician because they are all great! Get the Pearl pedicure, it’s DIVINE!

Poor customer service and bad service.
I went for my nails the guy skinny with a tattoo on his right upper arm was nasty. These are my nails after I asked for his name. He said what I needed his name for and I told him Danny normally does my nails. I did not know it was an issue to know names. He refused to finish my nails because I asked for his name and told me to go.

Planned to get a traditional pedicure and manicure w/gel. By the time my pedicure was “finished” I told them to just manicure my nails and apply clear polish bc I was ready to GO! I sat with my feet in the pedicure bowl for nearly 20 minutes before my feet were touched. $25 pedicure did not include any type of soap/foot wash! And NO lotion or oil was applied afterward. Literally soaked my feet in water, pumiced my feet (no soap), cut my cuticles, and polished my toes. What? When I told the guy ringing me out, his response was “oh sorry”. I also told him that my nails weren’t even polished

I have been here a few times mainly out of convenience because it is so close to home. They are always rushing and being careless. Half of the time they forget one thing or another. Today I didn't even get lotion or a massage with my manicure. I picked matching color for my nails and toes and ended up with this. They also aren't very clean. They do not open utensils for each customer. And don't get me started on the cheese grater that has never been washed. Skip this place.
