Advance Glass provided prompt, professional, and personable service! From the momen we got on the phone with their office to get an estimate, to scheduling an appointment, all the way until the job was completed by their amazing technician. He replaced cracked glass efficiently, quietly, and left work area spotless. He also checked if glass replacement has affected door locks, which as he told us often get jammed after new glass is installed. We appreciate such quality customer service and highly recommend Advance Glass Inc. to everyone.

Do not try to obtain service from this company. They are not honest about when they will send an installer. Yvonne told me on 4 separate occasions over 6 weeks that they would send someone out to repair our storefront windows. I never was visited by anyone. The last time I spoke to them, they said that they needed to obtain photos to evaluate the job. Ridiculous! Do not trust what they tell you.

We needed service on a large interior glass door which was not locking. Advance Glass understood the sense of urgency with our predicament. They came out within 24 hours and knew exactly how to repair our door.
The technicians were courteous, fast, and very knowledgeable about our set-up. They had it repaired in only a few short hours, and it is as good as new!
