I had been going to my other eye doctor for almost 20 years, I switched over to see Dr Flaherty and was best decision, she is so passionate about meeting the patient's needs, very down to earth. She has all the latest machines and is able to tell me things about my eyes that I never knew about. Going to the eye Dr. Is one of my least favorite things, but I know I am in good hands with Dr. Flaherty.

I finally decided to go get my eyes checked and after bouncing my insurance “in network” list off google to check reviews I finally came across a 5 star listing in Monocle. Every staff member I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job explaining every step of the process and why I even needed glasses at this point. I definitely recommend!

It has been said that first impressions are the most lasting impressions. My first interaction with Dr. Brittany Flaherty was around 10 am last Sunday morning. As a never-seen-before patient, I urgently called into her office hoping for after-hours support as I was having an eye emergency. Needless to say, I was extremely anxious given the situation, and Dr. Flaherty personally returned my call in six minutes, and I was being seen in her office within 2.5 hours - on a Sunday! This was my first visit and I absolutely loved it, I felt so comfortable.. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed I asked a lot of questions to Lisa who works at the front desk! She’s amazing she answered every question I had, she’s very detailed and so caring! Brittany the owner is super sweet.. she knows what she’s doing let me tell ya!! She’s very smart! I had a astigmatism on my left eye and we tried on the old prescription contact lenses to see if I can see better and come to find out we needed to adjust my left eye so she gave me new contacts lenses it’s called bio true daily contacts

I have never had a fun, informative, or positive experience with an Eye Doctor - until TODAY! I anxiously came in for my Contact Lens Exam and was unsure of what to expect. I had a great experience at Monocle, from setting the appointment right up to the exam. The doctor was a pleasure to work with and seemed very flexible to achieve a solution for balancing near and far vision needs. So glad I tried them out for a change from my last optometrist. I highly recommend them.
