Such an incredible experience working for a woman run company! Lots of room to grow, and this company truly values your skills and allows you to utilize them to keep the job exciting! This company misclassifies employees as Independent Contractors in order not to pay their portion of tax contribution as mandated by law, no supplemental workers compensation, no benefits of any kind 401K, health,dental, vision, no paid time off, no sick leave etc. Would not recommend as a long term employment as there is basically no benefits to offer even though their profits are through the roof!
