Charisse is very professional but also very personable. She was definitely on my side, working for the best possible offer for me. She is also 'real', she listens and understands where you are coming from, and how to make the best of your situation. I trusted her almost immediately. 8 years ago I was looking to relocate to VA and a friend told me about imatters. I told myself it couldn't hurt to give this company a try. Charisse was very professional and responsive. She kept in touch with me regarding my relocation, and had a interview already lined up for me. To my surprise, she had already negotiated my pay! I was shocked, I asked was this a temp job, she responded "No Patricia, this is permanent position, and I think you will do well in VA. Now, all you have to do is get to VA". We have used imatters in two open territories. We were able to find and hire two new candidates quickly.
One did not last but we were able to fill the position with one of the candidates that applied after the first hire.
We are currently working on a third territory with them.
The one time cost for six weeks was very reasonable if the candidates produce and stay for an extended period of time!

We have hired two staff that Charisse Toale and imatters recruited. We paid a very high placement fee to the company. Both employees had very questionable work ethics, very low skill levels, and both had to be replaced. Charisse was unresponsive to the problems, and refused to reimburse the fees, even though we were still in the "guarantee period". When we asked to see the ads and recruitment tools that she used, we were not given anything other than a free Craigs List posting. She also is very unprofessional with emails and confidentiality boundaries. Charisse does not support
