Terese is the managing partner and majority owner of Kessler & Keirnan. Before joining Stuart Kessler in 1996 at his predecessor firm, Stuart M. Kessler, P.C., she practiced general corporate and real estate law at a downtown Chicago law firm. Stuart is the firm's senior partner.
Prior to forming Kessler & Keirnan with Terese Keirnan, his long-time associate and friend, Stuart was the President of Stuart M. Kessler, P.C., which he founded in 1983.After practicing for several yea. With more than 30 years of experience in all types of commercial litigation and transactional matters, Scott concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and construction law.

Stuart is the firm's senior partner. Prior to forming Kessler & Keirnan with Terese Keirnan, his long-time associate and friend, Stuart was the President of Stuart M. Kessler, P.C., which he founded in 1983. After practicing for several years as a general litigation attorney, Stuart changed the focus of his practice to concentrate in real estate law.
Michael has concentrated his practice in real estate law since his admission to the Illinois bar in 2012. He has been with Kessler & Keirnan and its predecessor, Stuart M. Kessler, P.C., since early 2015. In that time, Michael has developed extensive experience representing lenders, servicers, outsourcers, and note holders in the disposition of over 1,000 REO properties throughout Illinois.
