I've been going to Oasis for about a year now and have always had a great experience. Vivian is my go to gal. She does a great job with my pedi. The other day, I went in for my appointment and realized as I entered the shop that I had locked myself out of my truck. I went ahead with my appointment and called AAA as soon as I was ready to go. Sandra at the front end of the shop was very gracious and helpful as I waited for the AA tech. She made me less stressed about the whole ordeal. Great people, great service.

I have always enjoyed coming to this nail spa. I love the teak chairs and copper bowls rather than the typical massage chair at most salons. The heated lavender scented neck pillow is a special treat! I especially love how tranquil and quiet the place is most of the time.
Walk in appointments are hard to come by but sometimes I get lucky. Facials are also nice here by a woman named Vivian.

My wife has gone here for years, so I finally decided to tag along and partake in some pampering of my own. I opted for the pedicure deluxe option, and boy did it not disappoint! My wife opted for their mani/pedi option with gel nails and they did a phenomenal job. Their attention to detail is second to none, and all of the employees there are friendly and accommodating.
Definitely call in advance and make an appointment!

First time visiting and had an excellent experience here! They have outdoor chairs and everyone wears masks and gloves so it felt very safe. This really let me relax and enjoy the experience. I got the mani pedi spa package and really enjoyed the lengthy massage. The lotion they use is also really moisturizing and they did an excellent job with my nails. 10/10 would come back!

I love Kelly, Jenny and Leah. They are the best. Try them and you will see how happy your feet and hands will become :) Their deluxe pedicure is awesome and so relaxing. Moreover, if Kelly does your gel manicure, you are set for more than a month. Her art and talent and patience is one of a kind. Love these girls so so much. Running a service business these days has a myriad of challenges and Oasis tries. Today's service was subpar and I thought I could just let it roll off but hours later I am disappointed at myself for allowing the technician's absence of skills and service to be rewarded with etiquette and gratuity. Skill levels between technicians vastly vary.

My adult daughter and I are still looking for a new nail salon. Oasis Nail Spa - Magnolia will probably not be our choice. We chose a Monday at 9am, when the business opened and booked Spa mani-pedis. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not write the appointment down correctly. Only my daughter was listed for both services.
In the meantime, walk-ins were being taken. We were not brought back to the patio (which we paid $5 extra for ) until 9:15am, after I asked when we were going to be served. My manicurist did not show up until 9:45am.

I love love love Oasis! It is so soothing to get a manicure and pedicure outside. Everyone is still following the Covid-19 protocols. Your temperature is checked right away and every single person is wearing a mask. Their prices are reasonable and I feel safe going there. I found one of my favorite spots to get my nails done in Burbank.

This nail spa is fabulous! Irene, the owner, is able to accommodate customers with a safe and clean environment outside in their courtyard to perform nail services.
I highly recommend them for superior service. Judy did a great job with my gel mani and Vivian did an excellent job with my pedicure. Kaley the front desk person is very kind and professional and Irene is extremely wonderful in every way.

I've been going to Oasis for over a decade! Before stay-at-home I went about every six weeks- and I just had my first appointment since March on the new and improved outdoor patio. I wanted to take the time to write a review because I was really impressed with how Oasis is handling new Covid safety procedures. I have been too nervous to get a haircut or pedicure before now, but things were getting a little desperate. I'm so glad Oasis has turned their private back patio into the perfect outdoor spa environment, music, fountain, outdoor shade and misters and surrounded by potted plants

Ok, so when we got our nails done over a month ago, the service was lovely and the nails looked great but both my sister and I thought afterward it was a bit pricier than we were used to so maybe not again. WELL LET ME JUST TELL YOU WE HAVE CHANGED OUR TUNE 100%! It is literally over a month, 5 weeks today, that we had our gel manicures done and they look AMAZING still! Grown out of course, but not a chip in sight and I as a mom of a newborn and toddler, I am constantly washing my hands, changing diapers, outfits, laundry, you name it! I got a pedicure. The best part was the massage. The nail tech did a really good job with that. Other than that, it was a very average pedicure. I got the spa pedicure which was $36 and I felt as though there was minimal shaping, cleaning, and time spent on the actual nails. The total came out to $51 and no one told me there were extra charges for the nail polish I chose (not gel) and for scrubbing my feet... probably won't return. I will say that the staff was friendly other than not disclosing prices.
