Services
A marriage is the blending of two individuals each having different backgrounds, religions, and beliefs to combine as one. As the owner of "I Do" Tahoe Weddings, and a minister of ceremonies for many years, I have high standards and have worked hard to achieve a high level of professionalism and respect in my community and profession.
A Nevada Marriage license can be obtained 6 days a week. Cost is $60 plus $15 for each certified copy. There is no blood test or waiting period required. You must be 18 or older and present ID: Driver's License or Certified Copy of Birth Certificate of Passport or Military ID. Ages 16-18 must have parents or legal guardians or a Notarized letter of consent from parents.
Available for elopements, guiding adventure weddings or a small gathering of loved ones to amazing destination wedding events. Plan your wedding with personal care and love for your ceremony and expert guidance with the details.

Minister Sharon is the best, so very accommodating, punctual, and friendly. Not much to say about her but from what I understand, the groom Javier planned with ease and without any hiccups. I thought, I'd yelp it because Kelly the bride and my bestie deserves it and she got it with, "I do" Tahoe Weddings. Thank you for making her dreams come true.

Sharon officiated our wedding at Lake Tahoe. She was awesome to say the least. The entire process was seamless with her help. She changed locations for us at the last minute. She presented us with a printed copy of our vows for our keeping. She was friendly and professional. She will take care of getting the marriage recorded too. I was happy that my husband found her and that she was able to squeeze us in what was likely a busy wedding weekend. Thank you Sharon!

Sharon officiated our wedding two weeks ago, and all I could say is that it was one of the best experiences that we have ever had. She is simply a pleasure to work with, and she made everything super easy on our end. The ceremony she prepared was amazing, and the location in Tahoe that she recommended was breathtaking. We were fortunate enough to have Sharon Rusk as our officiant for our wedding in August 2016 and she was perfect! She had several amazing ceremonies written to help us build our perfect personalized ceremony. We loved what she had already written so much, we decided to keep it just like it is. It was perfectly fitting for our day. She even went out of her way to meet with us at the last minute when we were in town before our wedding, which was so nice of her. Sharon Rusk was our officiant for our wedding and she did a perfect job. Everything went very smoothly. She is very personable, accommodating and professional.
