Couldn't have had a better experience than M&L. You always hear horror stories about getting good contractors, but I had such a wonderful experience throughout my project (replacing siding on the entire front of my house). This was my first big home project and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Elfego was so pleasant to work with and he was very patient with all my questions and requests. His craftsmanship and attention to detail blew me away, and I really felt he went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. Mark was great to work with from a coordination and communication

Hired M&L and Mark to repair rotted staircase, exterior siding and some miscellaneous items. Work was very high quality and price was reasonable. Also very responsive and professional. These guys know what they are doing and I would give them six stars if I could.

I highly recommend M&L Construction. While I was recently away from San Francisco, traveling on business, my old, large, wood driveway gate finally succumbed to dry rot, after all the rain in the Bay Area. Friends in the neighborhood, emailed pictures of the dangerous situation to me. I found M&L Construction on Yelp, phoned them, and arranged w/Mark to meet me on site, the morning I arrived back in SF. After assessing the situation, he sent his crew, that same day, to rebuild a beautiful new gate on site. Mark was a "life saver."
