While serving fantastic meals is one essential ingredient of running a successful restaurant, it isn't the only one. In order to attract new customers and keep your current ones, your restaurant must also have a great atmosphere as well. Believe it or not, those luxe "after's" had ignominious "before's" at one point in their histories.
I interviewed several different contractors I found through couple of websites (Yelp & Thumbtack) for a recent remodeling project. Frano, owner at Sol Builders, was the fifth and last I met with, but I liked him the best. His sub-contractors are very skilled and great team players. He got me contractor's discount at several vendors (tiles, kitchen cabinets and hardware, all faucets).

We selected Sol Builders based on strong recommendations from their previous clients. They did a good job and stuck to budget and deadlines as much as possible. We did a complete remodel for our family house in San Francisco. Frano was responsive to questions and concerns we had during the construction progress. We had some delays in the project due to bad luck, which was out of the hands of Frano and his crew. We love the final result and will definitely recommend them.

We used Frano for a remodel of the entryway of our museum. We did have a few snags with the paint color (wrong color was mixed), and Frano went above and beyond to find the solution. It looks great, and we had him do a few other smaller projects here and there. He was great, easy to work with, and there was no hassle. Thanks Frano!

I have used Frano for a few projects now and have been very happy with his work. He arrives on time, is quick and efficient at completing the projects set forth, as well as being reasonably priced. I had some trouble with my outside light timers that he placed and he came back 2 times to help me with the complicated instructions (with no cost to me!). I will continue to use Frano for future projects and would recommend him to others!
