Called for an HVAC certification because we are selling our house and buyers requested it. At the end of the appt. the guy was going to leave and send me a report (said it takes a while to generate the report). I asked him to show me what was wrong and he did. But basically was saying I couldn't fix furnace and we needed to replace furnace and air conditioner because it was "vintage." Got the report and it was only 3 sentences long. Called Don to see if a larger report would be coming and to explain what needed to be fixed. He talked around and around and wouldn't answer

Furnace issues. Not working at all on a Friday morning one week before Christmas. Called around to HVAC businesses and all busy. Found Lakeville Heating and Air and they responded as requested. Don sent out a great man named Pat. Pat did his diagnostic test quickly and efficiently. Found the problem. Circuit board needed to be replaced. Pat found a local supplier and returned in 3 hours to repair my furnace. All set for Christmas. Highly recommended Lakeville Heating and Air. Pete
