My husband and I are visiting from out of state, and my mom gifted us massages with Shiloh. Wow! My full body massage was amazing and so relaxing. If I lived here I would get massages with her regularly!

Just renewed for another 3rd month for personal training with Anthony. We have been focused on upper body and lower body strength training. He helps customize your workout to achieve your goal while preventing injury during training. This gym is smaller than your regular 24hr fitness/LA fitness which I appreciate cuz you get that one-on-one training without being overwhelmed. Personal training is much more affordable than other gyms I have trained with which is another plus. I'm all about affordability without sacrificing quality :)

I have fibromyalgia and it was recommended by my doctor to get massages for pain relief. So glad that this place is close to home. Shiloh gives the best massages! Both Shiloh and Anthony have been instrumental in helping me put together a routine to help get me back on the road to wellness... stretching and yoga are very important and beneficial to me and definitely help... when i am consistant :) Custom wellness offers yoga, spin, personal training with all the gym amenities with no monthly contracts. The best massage I have ever received! I have had 4 massages total by Shiloh so far and she has not once lowered the quality of her massage!
Very knowledgeable in all areas of massage therapy and ensures you walk away feeling ABSOLUTELY amazing each and every time!
I had a massage membership somewhere else and after my first massage from Shiloh I cancelled my membership and moved all my business to Custom Wellness!!!

My 16 year old son has been working with Anthony on weight training sessions. My son has never had a personal trainer but is very comfortable training with Anthony. Aside from the great workouts Anthony has also been a great motivator for my son!

Great gym and massage recovery center! Very customized to my schedule while offering fitness tips and training. Also access to a certified massage therapist for my muscle soreness. I recommend it to anyone reading this! come in and check it out.

If your looking for a great massage at an affordable price this is the place to come. Cute comfortable place. Well kept and clean. Shiloh is personable with a great attitude. I highly recommend.
