Services
The White family has roots in the autobody industry dating back to 1954. It all started with small gas and service station in downtown Westborough where the White family fulfilled the need for autobody repair. In the early 90s W & W Autobody emerged at its current location and has been able to establish itself as one of the leading collision repair facilities in the area.
Follow Route 9 West towards Westborough. Get off at the Route 30 exit to reverse directions (you will need to be heading East) The Chateau restaurant will be on your right. Take a right at the stop sign and follow the signs to get onto Route 9 East (McDonald's on the right). Proceed on Route 9 East to Longmeadow Rd.

Totally satisfied with all aspects of our experience here. Quick estimate, then they worked with our insurance company to get approval, and later to deal with some additional work that was needed. We got regular email updates, which we appreciated. Final work is excellent, looks great. I highly recommend these folks.

BETTER PLACES OUT THERE.
BAD: they never admit mistakes they made, at least 30% overpriced, they are so slow (probably because they rent cars to you and want more money from you/insurance), everyone has a bad attitude, they treat you like they are doing you a favor, always trying to get more money out of you, and they really don't care for you.
GOOD: the actual repair work is good quality.

Person answering the phone was rude, abrasive and condescending. Stepped over what was being said cutting me off in mid sentence. Very very rude... Great way to loose business and recommendation from a prior customer.
On a good note: W and W is a good body shop. Clean, modern and high quality. Customer contact over the phone needs cut the Wusta attitude.

My insurance company told me to search around for a repair shop by reading the various Google and Yelp reviews posted online. It is really your only point of reference since auto accidents should be an infrequent occurrence. I have a BMW X5 so I wanted to see this or a similar car referenced - some repair shops seem to specialize in certain cars. I also wanted a seamless process with both my insurance company and a rental car company. I found everything with W&W. W&W are fantastic. I was recently in an auto accident (not my fault) and my car was pretty beat up. I've been driving for 30 years and had never had to make a claim with my insurance company (other than windshield replacements) before. Needless to say, it was a stressful situation. W&W took care of everything for me. Not only did they take care of the insurance payment and such, they also provided a rental car and kept me updated on the status of my car every few days. Back in May 2016 I took my car here to get a repair estimate (got sideswiped in a parking lot) and wanted to repair some other things that I had neglected to fix for years. When I arrived, the office manager (admin.) immediately asked me to fill out a form stating that any payment received from my insurance company would be sent to them and it further authorized them to request supplemental payment to them without any further approval or authorization from me. W&W are the most professional, helpful and friendly auto body shop I've ever used, and I'm a senior who has been through a few cars in her life. Their customer service is flawless. They deliver what they promise and more. My car needed a lot of work and it took 3 weeks, so they kept me updated along the way (without my asking!) and finished when they said they would. The work is perfect and they went out of their way to work with my insurance company to cover everything that needed to be done. You just can't do better if you need auto body work!

I highly recommend W&W - I have brought in a few vehicles for body damage in the past and currently have an appointment to drop off another vehicle for repairs. Joey is always friendly, honest and has treated me with respect. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing auto body work, I would strongly suggest you go see them even if you don't end up using them.

W&W is great to work with. They did an excellent job on my Jeep after an accident. They also do a fantastic detail job both inside and out. They worked directly with my insurance company after additional damage was found (after the bumper was removed during repair). That did not delay the repair at all (they got the additional payment from the insurance company right away). The Jeep was ready right when they said it would be. Joey and all of the staff there are very nice!
