I have used Body & Paint Center of Hudson many times over the years for minor to major body repairs. I have always been more than pleased with them from start to finish. The business is small enough to provide a personal touch. The front desk staff was always very friendly, informative, and efficient. I got an on-the-spot assessment from the customer service agent, who in addition handled all necessary interaction with my insurance company. What impressed me most was how he kept me informed throughout the whole process. I didn't need to contact him. He made sure he contacted me with how the repair

Back in April I was scheduled to move to Florida to start a new job. Unfortunately a few days before the move, my car was hit and needed repairs. My fiancée recommended this business for the repair of the front end. I explained my situation, that I needed to leave ASAP and asked if I could be accommodated. The staff was very honest in that with the extent of the work needed, plus the pandemic delays, they would be able to offer service but not in the time I needed. I was very appreciative of the honesty I was given up front. I was able to reschedule my starting day at my new job without issue

I brought my car in for an on the spot estimate. They were able to see me right away. They scheduled my appointment and dealt with getting me a rental and dealing with insurance. I was contacted only as often as I requested, and every single person I interacted with was professional and extremely pleasant. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Incredibly professional shop with excellent communication. I was contacted twice a week, for the two weeks that they had my car, to update me on the progress. I received the car back in "as new" condition days before the planned completion date. I've used this shop before and always felt that this was the best shop in the area and they proved it once again. Body and Paint Center of Hudson is the only body shop that I feel completely comfortable in using and recommending to my friends.

Tom helped me SO much. He explained the whole project- not just the repairs, which he did super well, but also the paperwork part; so even though i didn’t have to do any legwork, i had a clear understanding of what the insurance company expected, and how the Center would fulfill the expectations. In the end; really all i had to do was drop the car and collect it a week later! I was well pleased with the whole project!

First, great job on the repairs, my car looked brand new after they completed their work. Second, they had great communication throughout the process, letting me know the process and the progress. Third, the work was completed on time, and last, they handled the payment with my insurance company so I barely had to get involved. Really can't ask for more!

I had a very positive experience with Paint and Body Center in Hudson. I brought my SUV in after an accident. Mike was very professional and explained everything clearly. The repairs on my car took EXACTLY the amount of time they told me up front and I was kept informed during that time.
About one month after, there was an unforeseen issue with my vehicle (NOT their fault). Mike once again guided me through the process flawlessly. Excellent experience!! If needed, I will definitely use their services again.

Hudson Body & Paint Center is Great! My car was towed here after being hit in an accident with damage to the front side including suspension. Thelma saved the day for us in getting a rental car (same day), after one I had booked through a rental agency fell through unexpectedly. Mike and Troy were very detail oriented in keeping me up to date on the repairs progress and made sure everything was done complete and correct. I would highly recommend them!! Paul C.
