As luck would have it, BOTH of my MacBooks stopped working simultaneously. The keyboard on one & the track pad on the other. I am so grateful to have found uppercase. They do completely free diagnostics & tell you exactly what it will cost to fix your device before doing any work. I was surprised enough losing both MacBooks the same day, it was such a relief to not be surprised by fees. They were honest & professional, one device was supposed to be covered under a manufacture defect program so they gave me the instructions to send it in & for the other the cost to fix would supersede

I've bought a lot of computers over the years and was very happy with the way these people were so thoughtful about putting together a refurbished computer with my elderly father in mind. They made the upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 really simple to use, and put shortcuts on the desktop for apps my Dad needed. I had expected to have to spend hours cleaning up all the extraneous stuff that I'm used to getting on new computers, trying to figure out how this different operating system worked, let alone explaining it all to my dad. But I didn't have to do any of that, because they set up the computer

I've been a customer for years and can't recommend them enough. I've bought 2 computers from them and both times they transferred data from my hard disk. The most recent computer is amazingly fast! (Over the years my old computer finally couldn't keep up with the new programs and was "on it's knees".) When I couldn't get my new printer to work, one of their guys set it up remotely, which is still a mystery to me. They are extremely patient and explain everything in lay terms for an outstanding dullard like myself. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable.

Took my computer Betsy in for overheating & it needed a cleaning. I was a mess to say the least. I panic with anything computer related because I work on it everyday. Jordan and Keith helped me! They were both absolutely amazing & so understanding. They also did a great job not making me feel like an idiot like I normally do with anything computer related. They really went above and beyond. The BEST, the BEST, the BEST!!!
If I moved to California I would ship my computer to them to fix. TRUSTWORTHY.
Especially after a nightmare experience where Connecting Point sold me a damaged MacBook as new (scratched right out the box) and tried to charge me $800 to fix it.
I took it to these guys and they fixed it for FREE. I went from bring out of pocket $800 to getting a free micro screwdriver so I could open the case to unplug and reply the battery when it acted up.
Don’t take your computer anywhere else.

Our organization has been extremely satisfied with UpperCASE! Chris Gaultney and the entire staff have been super responsive, and are very knowledgeable and professional. We initially used them for a really big project and then some smaller ones, and now contract with them for all our ongoing computer and backup needs. I highly recommend them!

I had an issue with my laptop that needed to be resolved quickly, Keith saw me twice that day and took my phone calls when I got home just to make sure my laptop was running smoothly. The staff here is very professional, knowledgeable, and they provide wonderful customer service. I wont bring my computers anywhere else, I highly recommend UpperCASE!

My rose gold MacBook Air had liquid damage, I had spilled juice all over it and it wouldn’t turn on anymore. I took it to Uppercase solutions and they worked on it diligently until they were able to fix it. The customer service was amazing! The tech stayed on the phone me making sure he was doing everything he could to fix my laptop. They were super nice and friendly. They fixed my computer and the best part I payed 10% of what Apple was going to charge me just to check it!

I have an update on my original post where I gave them one star as they did not fix my laptop. After my post they called me about 30 minutes later, not sure if it was the manager or owner. We discussed what happened and how another company told me exactly what was wrong. They offered to refund my $170 or take it back and they will look at it again. By this time though I had already bought a new laptop, so they said they would refund my $170, which they have now done. So now I gave them 4 stars, as they were very decent about it. I would now go back to them if I needed another repair. Thank you

I have an 8 year old Dell Inspiron 15R 7520. I bought it new with alot of upgrades like an i7 processor, sturdy housing, lots of different ports and a CD player. It also came wth the "latest and greatest" OS Windows 8. After 8 years and multiple Microsoft updates, I ended up with a very corrupted version of Windows 10 and a failing harddrive. This eventually lead to the "black screen".

A family member recommended UpperCASE Computer Solutions. My desktop was unable to boot, I gave them a call and after explaining my situation I brought in the system. I mentioned another problem I was having with the Switch (Power Button) and asked if they could look into it. A few hours later I was able to pick it up. They did a phenomenal job, I appreciate the professionalism warranted by the owner. I enthusiastically recommend UpperCASE Computer Solutions for any computer problem big or small. I am so thankful for these guys. They deserve all the perfect scores they receive. Where do I start? Customer service - these guys go out of their way to figure out what you need. Unlike Connecting Point, which deserves all the low scores they receive, UpperCASE staff never treat you as if you're an inconvenience. They are enthusiastic and eager to help. Very responsive to my inquiry via yelp. The man said he would try and get my computer fixed the same day. I brought my laptop in because it wasn't working right and of course when I powered it up in from this guy the laptop worked fine. Instead of charging me a fee to diagnose the problem he told me how to prevent the malfunction from happening in the future. I will definitely bring it back there should I have any other computer issues.

I took my computer in because it was running slowly and they did a full scan for me and were very upfront about the potential costs if it did have a virus. I think it must have been my internet that was slow, not my computer. They were very helpful and legitimately wanted help fix my computer without ripping me off. Thanks!

Really excellent service. I thought I knew what my computer's problem was. They immediately knew it was something else, gave me a diagnosis and a price quote, finished the work sooner than promised, and the repair was a success. Three friends recommended Uppercase, because they had the same experience.

Very personable staff and a great deal. They were honest with me that a repair I wanted (keyboard problem) would be pretty expensive, so they (for free!) fixed up a little workaround of the problem for me. They did several things that they could have nickle-and-dimed me for: cleaning the screen, replacing the little rubber feet on my laptop, etc. and included it all in the cost of the repair. The repair itself was less expensive than they originally thought it would be, because it was fast. (When was the last time you got charged LESS than quoted at a repair place?)

I have not actually had anything repaired here but wanted to comment on the staff.

I have been in twice with computer problems (too long of a story). I had some questions as to what I should do. They were patient and helped me quite a bit. In my situation there was nothing they could do, other big companies were at fault. They also told me that I didn't need some services I asked about.

It showed me they are honest and helpful even if they couldn't do anything.

When I do need their services I will be back, definitely!

Great FAST service! On Time - On Budget!!! Quick resolution to my Outlook email and sluggish running issues. I am a repeat customer (several different computers) and have been 100% satisfied with each transaction. I would not even consider taking my computer anywhere else!
