Often times we are can recover your data in our office, for the Flat Rate Service. At your appointment time, please follow along with the instructions below, or the video to the left:. A remote session will allow one of our technicians to connect to your computer as if he was sitting right there in front of it, but without having to actually be at your house. Remote Sessions are great for things that don't require us to have hands on the computer.
Charlie very dedicated and knowledgeable in his field. I have worked with Charlie for about 5 years and have yet to come to him with an IT question that he has not resolved quickly. He communicates with the customer, letting them know the status of his work, eliminating frustration, which goes a long way to making him successful.

WOW!!! My life is so much better since Charlie with Rogue Tech Pros, who is so kind and such a professional wizard with the computer, fixed mine! I could not ask for better service and a nicer demeanor to work on my many computer needs. My computer is doing an excellent job due to his knowledge and efficiency. I highly recommend them. I got a great buy on a new computer for our store. Charlie is knowledgeable and will design a system that fits your needs without putting in unnecessary add ons. He also helps out afterwards if you have any questions. No 800 number, no annoying customer service person who has no idea what they are doing, etc.

I consider myself to be tech savvy, as long as everything works the way it's supposed to. When I couldn't get my home wifi working, I called Rogue Tech Pros. Charlie diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes, and had me up and running in less than an hour. What really stood out to me was his willingness to call my internet service provider FOR ME, get things running, and then explain what had happened in terms that I could understand. Outstanding customer service, fast fix, great experience, and very affordable.
