Terrible company! I have been trying to contact Doug about a tenant in one of his rentals. The male tenant YELLS obscene profanities at myself, my wife and daughter and also at the neighbors on both sides. I have witnessed this for over a year. I'm talking about the WORST obscenities you can think of. He does this to the high school age girls on a regular basis and also sticks video cameras out of his windows and records them, telling them that he is streaming it on the internet. I won't type the actual words but you can fill in the blanks of these phrases he yells on a regular

I am in total harmony with Justin, the previous reviewer, but then, what can you expect from a company that operates out of a garage in someone's home.
Pacific Coast handles the property management needs of an 8-unit complex I moved into a year ago. My girlfriend is disabled with a broken back, and I'm disabled with a heart and back condition. I also recently had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor.
When I signed the lease, Pacific Coast assured me it would be a multi-year arrangement so we wouldn't have to worry about moving.
After moving in, I asked for one handicapped space for

It is a shame that Yelp forces me to give a star to this company. If I could give zero, I would. Pacific Coast Real Estate is a terrible company.
