Terramar is a small oceanfront neighborhood community developed by William Cannon in the 1950s. It is located South of the Carlsbad Power plant and North of Palomar Airport Road. This quaint and somewhat hidden beach is a great spot for local surfers to catch a wave. It has its own Association called the Terramar Association, with the primary function of caring for and maintaining the private beach access, a privilege of each resident member.

Mr. Daly represents my Landlord who is selling the property we are currently renting. The property has been listed more than 6 months prior to our lease ending. I expressed to Mr. Daly that this was an inconvenience for us and would like to have an agreed date and time to show the property. We made arrangements with Mr. Daly per his request to show the property 2 days per week with a 2 hour window of time. These dates and times were agreed upon.
