Shiloh Steakhouse offers a full menu, with something for everyone - from the standard burger that everyone loves, to our hand-cut steaks, soups made from scratch, and our homemade bread - baked twice daily from the same recipe that we have used for 30 years. Our special Strawberry, Raspberry, and Rhubarb conserve (Grandma Leila's recipe, passed down through the generations) is slow-cooked with just enough sweetness to make it the perfect addition to our fresh bread.Gluten-free options are always available.

We where on our way to Cortez Colorado the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We actually got a recommendation from the hotel we stayed at. We looked them up on the net and found a menu. Called their number, it rang until the voicemail asked for our information to call them back. We figured they were busy. The Google search showed them open. Their web site showed them open. We visited the location. Sign on the door said they were closed. Had to eat so we eat elsewhere. Went back to the hotel room and looked them up again, as we know we saw that we showed them open, only this time we found a Facebook

The prices were quite a bit higher than listed on their website but they have a sign on their door explaining this. You get quite a bit of food for the price. The homemade jam was delicious. The tortilla soup was amazing. The steak was pretty good. The service was great. Our waitress was very nice and helpful.

The best restaurant in Cortez. Charming cottage feel outside and nice casual inside. Stunning multi-level patio with greenery and flowers as well as ample inside seating. Very well run restaurant. Called ahead for a reservation and seated immediately upon arrival. Live country music from one musician with a guitar that was pleasant and not too loud. Impeccable service from the wait staff. Food came fast and was delicious. We got the wild caught salmon and a steak. The meat was cooked to perfection. Great side choices plus the meal came with soup or salad as well as cooked vegetables.

Sadly disappointed in the Ribeye. One side of my meat was raw the other well done. So we'll that my steak knife was having trouble cutting the steak. The steak had no seasoning or flavor. Totally not worth the $35. I'm so sad!! I used to love eating here. The bread was delicious. The baked potato was good as well. Steak was served with like 1/4 cup of frozen veggies that fell apart as soon as you poked them with your fork.
Wish I would've gotten a picture. The menu does state - if your not happy, let them know... but we decided to take it home for doggies.

After a long drive and full day hiking, we were starved.
This place hit the spot. My husband got the bison fried steak - the garlic mashed potatoes were so good! Wish I got that.
I got the wild caught salmon w the rice pilaf. The avocado butter was subtly delicious!
Believe the reviews - the homemade bread and preserves was a highlight.
Live music some nights and plentiful outdoor seating. Our server Jermaine was great - super friendly, full of recommendations, refilled my water tons of times, and checked in.

We are so grateful for this restaurant and their staff. They were wonderful and the food was delicious! We had Kadee a our server and she was the absolute best! The soft bread was amazing with the homemade raspberry jam. The potato soup is not to be missed! The NY strip was very tender and so yummy! The grilled chicken was so tender and juicy! We had a couple of their mules too! I had the 4 Corners Mule and DH had a Cowboy Mule. Both were yummy! We were too full to try dessert. Kadee is an amazing personality and an asset to this business!

Not sure where to eat as we were passing thru Cortez, CO we went with reviews from others. The Shiloh Steakhouse seemed to be getting RAVE reviews, so we decided to give it a chance. We were greeted at the door by Jermaine, who was very pleasant and welcoming. Once seated and enjoying our drinks we began to explore the menu. We were very impressed with the variety of food offered....Fish, pasta, Steak, Bison, Elk etc. We decided to try the Country fried Bison with garlic mashed potatoes. Food and service were excellent. Our waiter, Jermaine, was such a nice young man. You could tell he

We had a wonderful steak dinner. The service was great, and the food was really good. We had the filet and it was cooked perfectly. They had live music and the singer was very very good, and the volume was perfect; you could still carry-on a conversation without raising your voice.
We will definitely go back.

This is my favorite restaurant in Cortez! Super clean family owned and the best steak you will ever have! If you love mushrooms you have to order the fried mushrooms they are so yummy! And if your lucky to catch them on a day they make homemade French onion soup it's amazing! Everyone is served homemade warm bread and homemade jelly! You will love your dining experience!

This restaurant doesn't look big from the outside. But boy is it pretty. There are multiple tables out back that are great for social distancing. The outdoor landscape and flowers are perfect.
Kylie was our waitress and she was extremely patient and upbeat. She didn't know the answer to some of our questions but she asked and got back to us within a minute each time. She is literally the fastest kindest waitress we have ever had.
We ordered the elk and bison burger and both were moist and tasty. The only negative is that we ordered the meat as medium for both but one came out fully
