Family owned and operated! Not only was the food awesome, every time I've been there, but so was the service. During these difficult times for restaurants and bars to operate due to Covid, this place can still keep up a high standard of quality and ethics. They care about their customers and their staff. We were there one very busy Friday night and happened to over hear a customer complaining. His complaints were having to wait to long and they were out of food choices. The manager handled it very well. She told him that they were extremely busy and under staffed, as are most of these businesses

Ate there 1/16/22. Let's start with, the food was very good. But....the major issue was Tiffany our waitress . She was very friendly but she was also extremely sick. She was holding her throat so we knew she had a sore throat. She was constantly coughing. I watched her wipe her nose with her hand multiple times and didn't see her wash her hands once. She made my wife's drink with out washing hands (I could see her the entire time) then she squeezed the lime into the drink the tossed the lime in. My wife didn't touch the drink and the waitress never once asked why. She will be getting ALOT of people

The waitress was nice but I believe they were understaffed. The food was good but not great. Nachos were barely warm and so was my beer. I think my side salad say's it all. It was there, it tasted fine, but in the end it was just adiquat and nothing special.
I feel like we may have caught them on a bad night based on other reviews. It just wasn't the best meal to us.

The atmosphere was not what I was expecting for a microbrewery. The waitress was quick and always busy but just very short and cold. The food was pretty decent but the beer was not very good. They got our order wrong but it still tasted good.

All of our food was delicious. We had Navajo tacos, a chimi style burrito, and the bohemian burger. Our waitress was very friendly and nice. Service was maybe a little slow (She was literally the only person we saw working, so she did great), but about what I would expect for a dine in restaurant. We would definitely come again.

Best place in Cortez CO to eat in my opinion. Great food and great service. My husband and I came here for dinner one night while on vacation and it was so good that we came back twice more for lunch and dinner. Tried to come back on Tuesday too! But they were closed 😕..... don't miss this place! Broasted chicken was awesome, chicken fried steak perfect, brisket and beef burger was the best. Their house made blue cheese dressing was the bomb! We also shared a cobbler for desert that was scrumptious!

So good!!! My kids absolutely loved the locally crafted root beer and cream soda. Fabulous hamburgers. Delicious stuffed burrito as big as your head. Big kid meal servings. The sweet potato fries - so yum! Wonderful staff. Zero complaints.

I took my family to this restaurant yesterday and I will have to say I can now see why no one recommend this place. It took over an hour to get our food and then when it did finally come it looked like they cooked it for the last hour. No one came and apologized for it taking so long or offered something simple like chips to eat while we waited. The burger had only one taste and that was burnt and the fries had grease dripping out of them. The lettuce had dark spots on it and my bun had what looked like a bite mark on it. The chicken was so over cooked that we couldn't even eat it. The corn and

They are understaffed right now and therefore slow in seating you, but not in servicing. The wait is well worth it. Their servers are friendly. We enjoyed the well-prepared food, and I enjoyed the micro-brewery draft beers.
