In order to provide you with the best possible service, and save time on phone calls, Rosemont Pharmacy asks that you fill out the following patient information. To do so, you will need your prescription insurance card. Upon processing your order, we will call you to review your medication order and discuss any shipment or pick-up details.

Had a wonderful experience with this pharmacy. I am forced to use a mail order drug store by my insurance company for my specialTy injectable medications. The mail order place couldn't get me my medications because of the snow storm. I called around to a dozen pharmacies before calling Rosemont Pharmacy. Not only did they have the medication in stock when no one else did but they kept the pharmacy open after hours during the snow storm for me to pick it up. And they enrolled me in a manufacturer discount program and saved me money. They really were life savers.

Avoid this place like the plague. They will make you wait an hour or more for a simple prescription. My wife called Saturday for a refill. The prescription was filled and we called them to say we won't come because of the snow storm, will come Sunday. Came in Sunday at 1215pm and it was not ready. It is 120pm and I am still waiting for it to be filled. There are 3 people working. Unbelievable.

Absolutely horrible first time experience today. The female pharmacist was extremely rude and defensive when I asked about the self pay price of my medication. She started off by telling me that it was impossible to self pay if you have insurance, which is not true. (The law that allows this was passed in 2009) When I explained that this was something that I have done at other pharmacies in the past I was told that she "shouldn't hear that" and that she should "turn them in". Seriously?! She then told me that I could possibly qualify for a discount through the drug manufacture

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy! Service was fantastic and their prices simply can't be beat. I was recommended by my fertility doctor to use them and I'm so glad he did. After pricing around I found that their prices were significantly cheaper but beyond that, the service I received here was so much better than when I did fertility 4 years ago with my son at another pharmacy. When I first picked up my meds it was in the height of the Covid pandemic, in late April , and they were so accommodating and provided curbside delivery of my medications. More recently

I started going to this pharmacy when I was undergoing fertility treatments and Rosemont apparently specializes in carrying all the necessary drugs for that. As I was paying out of pocket for my treatment and nervous about combining the medications the wrong way (I didn't want to make a mistake with the medication and have that be the reason I had to pay for another round of treatment), the nurse at the clinic I was going to said Rosemont sometimes does the injections for clients who are nervous. I thought having just the first one demonstrated would give me enough reassurance to do the rest

Rude staff and pharmacist when I called to ask a question about my prescription. Other compounding phamacies charge 1/3 of the price for the same prescription.
Edit 11/6/20: Left buisness owner a message as asked. Wood is my maiden name. This is the second time I've felt the staff to be rude and bothered that they have to deal with a customer. First time was in 2015 which I figured was someone having a bad day, no, just rude staff. My prescription at Rosemont cost $90/30 days, same prescription at SaveWay Compounding Pharmacy in Newark is $30/30 days. Worth the gas money to make the drive & deal

Everyone there was so helpful/ informative. I'm so grateful they were able to help me and my family with our fertility shot. They LITERALLY saved the day! Maria was amazing and walked us through the hcg shot and (I didn't catch the other ladies names) helped us out and made sure they took good care of us. Definitely recommend this place and they're friendly faces!!

I've used them multiple times in the past several years with multiple rounds of IVF. They are extremely kind and caring and have gotten us out of a jam several times due to complications that arise with fertility meds, compound meds & time sensitivity that surrounds these type of medications. All the pharmacists are patient and thorough with their care for their customers.

I'm not one to bash a business because of one terrible employee. This pharmacy isn't the issue. It's just one employee.

I visited this pharmacy a few weeks ago because they were the only one that had the prescription I needed. Lady at the counter was unfriendly and too busy buying herself a snack to wait on me. When I asked questions about my prescription and my insurance it was as if I was bothering them. I had to call back to ask why I was overcharged for a prescription. I was presented with the same unfriendly service. When I didn't understand what she was saying she was rude and said "I don't get what you don't understand. I feel like I'm repeating myself." This is all new to me. I've never needed these prescriptions

Worst pharmacy customer service! I was told twice, 1st time upon ordering and a 2nd time after calling back in, that they would provide me a complimentary box of alcohol swabs needed for my prescription shots. I called in for a 3rd time after not receiving it, only to be told by a rude pharmacist that they won't be sending me one and even worse to take my prescription elsewhere, after I reasoned out that they promised to send me one!!! Unbelievable!

I saw a specialist out of state and they Rx-ed me a script from Rosemont, who does a lot of specialty work and compounds various meds to avoid the ridiculous costs of certain pharmaceuticals (mine was almost $900/month WITH insurance). Rosemont's cost was $52.50/month.
I wondered if my specialist chose Rosemont because it was close to me, living so far away from the practice, but apparently they send ALL their patients to Rosemont, and just have them mail order.

This pharmacy is amazing. The customer service they provide is fantastic. They helped me save over $1,600 on medications vs. another pharmacy all because they took the time to ask my doctor if another med that my insurance did cover could be substituted-they did this all on their own without me even having to ask. They also had the meds delivered to my home (the pharmacy is not local to where I live but I needed specialty medications). Throughout the entire process (which was very stressful for me) they were informative, kind and helpful. I can't say enough great things about this pharmacy

Rosemont pharmacy helped us out of a jam AND saved us $ on our scripts. Caremark was supposed to deliver our meds via next day service & things got all messed up. We were given permission to get one of the meds at this pharmacy, which they filled no prob. The next meds didn't come either & after taking a real long time cvs gave us the ok to get the remaining meds here again. One of the meds was in tight supply, so they checked w their patients to c if anyone had delayed their start. We were in luck. Someone was delayed & we were given the ok to get everything. Cvs denied

Sure Costco is cheaper, but this is the Go-To pharmacy for those times when you need them the most: post-surgery, severe illness, complicated medical issues. The staff will go the extra mile to simplify life for patients and their caregivers. And you won't find Costco bringing medicine and supplies to your front door. This is Pharmacy practiced the old-fashioned way - with skill, alacrity and kindness.

I've used Rosemont for years. The personal touch is ever-present. They are always willing to provide good, sound advice. I've had the option to use service for medication through the mail or through a large, corporate pharmacy, but refuse to leave this community-based business. I highly recommend Rosemont pharmacy.

I can't say enough about the customer service at this small, old-fashioned drugstore. I once came here desperate for a prescription after a horrible experience at CVS down the road, and the woman working at the counter was so kind and helpful - just what I needed at the time. The pharmacist even took the time to call my insurance company and deal with their customer service for half an hour when there was some confusion over my coverage. Everyone here is as nice as can be. I want so badly to give them that fifth star, but their selection is definitely limited so I can't always find
