Learn more about our policies and repair process as well as the types of computers we sell. Motherboards, memory and processors must be returned within 7 days for refund. All other items that are returned or exchanged for different items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.

We guarantee only that the new parts installed by us will perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal usage for a period of 1 year after the date of repair. For refurbished parts installed by us, we will guarantee for up to 30 days a replacement part.

I recently used Christopher's services to remove a piece of malware that I had caught and was unable to remove myself. Christopher's response was prompt and, using the Remote Access feature, Christopher efficiently removed the malware and provided a system check. I would recommend Christopher's Computers to anyone experiencing computer issues. (BTW, I Gargatholil is my writer's pseudonym, but it is attached to my Google profile so...I do live in Asheville, LoL).

With most reviews geared more towards the repair & restoration of Personal Computers. I feel it prudent to speak of the exceptional quality of Christopher's custom PC builder service.
I was going over options to get a Gaming PC of my own and mulled over several Prebuilt options that didn't quite meet normal standards and pricing. Prebuilds from websites like Dell/Alienware and IBuypower come immediately to mind for their poor build quality, bankrupt customer service and a pricing that can only be matched by a motored vehicle. I then began to look for more local alternatives and found Christopher

My computer power system failed damaging the hard drive. Christopher very patiently worked with the hard drive to retrieve my data. He built me a new computer with everything I needed and uploaded all of my old files- and there were a lot of those. He was patient and understanding of my concerns and very helpful with the selection of things I needed in the new computer. Very fast turn around as well. Really appreciate him and his lovely staff.

Laptop came back from a screen repair weeks after they said it would be done. Had a different screen with worse resolution than my old one, even though the issue was with the screen wire that connects to the motherboard. Old screen wasn't cracked or damaged in any way, but it still came back with a worse screen. They lost my charger I gave them with my laptop, and so gave me a loaner charger with the wrong wattage. Now when I turn on my laptop, there is a message that says there was a permanent battery failure, which it had never said before until I got it back from them.

Never have I experienced such sloppy repairs as we got Christopher's Computers. My desktop had begun intermittently locking up and at one point would not restart. I took it to them, and it was returned with only an explanation that they removed malware.
A few days later, the hard drive in my wife's laptop died. She took it to Christopher's since they had seemed okay, but before her computer was repaired, my desktop again started locking up randomly.
After the new hard drive was installed, they called asking if she had a backup drive, she could bring it in, and they would restore

I had been with another support group that changed its business model so had to find someone quick - and Christopher's came thru. Got a dongle to keep me on-line and then had a follow-up intensive cleaning -- which found much malware -- and am once again quick and happy!! Also neither of the people I dealt with made me feel stupid :) Highly recommend.

Long story short, i took my pc here with a bad bios. I still dont understand what that means. It took them 3 tries to resolve the issue including replacing the motherboard. Every time they were extremely friendly and only charged me for the initial quote and credited me when they went to replace the motherboard. Fair pricing with excellent customer service. Thank you guys!
