I founded Asheville Digital Lifestyle in 2012 because of a lifelong passion for technology teaching and problem solving. My first experience with a computer was at age 5, when my family brought home a new and wondrous black and white screened computer. As a homeschooler, I had the opportunity to dive deeply into the world of computing, and I was a voracious learner.

Jensen is the best. He has and will be our go to person with any of our computer issues. He is so patience with us. We are not the most computer savvy people and he takes his time and will walk us through what we need. We are moving from the area and he is willing to help us when we re locate. We have moved to FL and Jensen has already helped!!! His knowledge is so comforting for us. He just took over the computer and a matter of minutes he fixed the problem. No matter where we relocate we will always depend on Jensen.

I don't usually write reviews, but Jensen is exceptional! He has corrected my many computer messes for several years and has always been on time, cheerful, and encouraging. I never feel intimated when I work with Jensen, and I always learn new computer skills along the way. His sessions are something I enjoy and consider time well spent.

Jensen is the best!!!! He is so responsive, always gets back to you in a timely manner, and is probably the most patient person I know! He is always able to help me and calm me down if I have a technical issue. I highly recommend his "White Glove" service!

I cannot recommend Jensen and Asheville Digital Lifestyle highly enough. Jensen is extremely reliable and highly professional, and also very patient to explain the details of my technology. Sometimes the details can get complicated, but Jensen makes it very easy for me.
