Sheila graduated from Reese Institute of Massage Therapy in 1996. She continued her education with certification in Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapies. As a bodyworker, she offers techniques and principles of Swedish, Relaxation, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Sports Specific Treatment, and Prenatal Massage.
I became passionate about Magnawave and PEMF therapy when I experienced the difference for myself as a client with my horse Bahama Boy. Have had a great experience with massage therapist Ingrid! On my first visit she did a very thorough and informative treatment on me and helped to improve my range of motion! Have come back many times since and have felt better with each massage. She's very kind, welcoming and outgoing and always has me feeling right at home. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I got my colors and style done on Wednesday by Nancy Smith. I must say it was an AWESOME experience! I learned SO MUCH about what colors look best on my skin tone, what style matches my personality and how to buy clothes that flatter my specific body shape! Nancy is VERY knowledgeable about everything to do with make-up, clothing & accessories. The salon has everything a woman needs to be pampered and educated on how to become the BEST version of yourself! They offer massage, facials, waxing & other AMAZING services! I have been going to Beauty and Soul Skin Care since it opened and had gone to Kim prior to this location. She keeps my skin looking young and is not high pressure on selllng her products. I buy many of them as have found they work the best and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Kim for facials. They also offer massage and other services. I enjoyed the foot detox. Give it a try.

Kim was recommended to me years ago when my previous brow/skin care specialist moved out of state, and I've been with Kim ever since. Not only is she knowledgeable, friendly and personable, she does beautiful, precise work. I don't trust my eyebrows to anyone else! Kim is also extremely flexible when scheduling appointments--with my crazy schedule between two jobs, my time is limited--but all I do is text her, and she fits me right in. Thanks, Kim!

One of the best facials I've ever had! Kim was very knowledgeable about the products she was using and selling. She also has a make up line called glo minerals; there's a primer that reduces the oil in your skin and another that gives you a little shine when you need it! There's also a bunch of matte lipsticks which I love because I don't like lipgloss and a ton of foundations that would match any skin color. Britt waxed my eyebrows and it was so quick and painless, I have very sensitive skin and I usually break out to certain waxes, but I didn't with this wax! I would highly recommend Beauty and
