Eclips is a family-owned salon and spa. Eric and Colleen Baker opened Eclips hair salon in 2005 and expanded to add the spa in 2009. Together they have more than 20 years of experience in the industry and it is obvious that they both absolutely love what they do. Eric the owner is a great stylist and such a pleasure to be around . I have very difficult fine hair and he always turns it into a masterpiece each time. The color that he does my hair is so natural, stylish, and so soft when it is completed. I would highly recommend him and his entire salon for everything as he has quite the list of services and the staffing to help with your needs. They are delightful as well.

My mom has been a client of Eric & Colleen for years. So when I need my hair fixed she sends me to Laurie. Everything she has done to my hair I has looked great, whether she is doing multicolored unicorn hair or just making me look normal again to meet my boyfriend's mum. She is very professional and I look forward to seeing her again next time I do something unspeakable to my hair.

I have enjoyed weekly massages from Melrose for almost a year. She is incredible and tailors each session to your needs. Instead of doing the same routine every time, she allows your needs to set the tone. Her massages have been part of my self-care and the results are great. The entire spa is wonderful.

I had a wonderful massage with Mel Rose, probably one of the best massages I've ever had! Two of my best friends go here regularly for massages (one of them also gets hair cuts and facials here). They were telling me about Eclips and we passed by the place on Jingle Eve. I met Mel Rose and some of the other staff and everyone was very nice. My husband got a short chair massage that night and really enjoyed it. After Jingle Eve, I knew I had to return so I could get a massage.

I've always seen Eclipse as I drive by but never stopped in until the night of Jingle Eve. Eclipse is located in Ivanhoe Village and participated in their Jingle Eve celebration offering tours of their facilities.
I was working on a very intense project and Eclipse was offering chair massage that night. I sat down for a 10-minute massage and was immediately relaxed and knew I wanted to come back. I booked a 90-minute massage appointment for after the project I was working on as a reward for completing it.

Today was my first time at Eclips Salon and Spa but definitely will not be my last. Eric worked his magic on my hair and I'm so thrilled with the results. Although I was a new customer, he spent a lot of time on my consultation to know exactly what I wanted for my hair. He also took me next door to the spa to show me the other services they provided. I can't wait to book a spa appointment there next!

Colleen was just about to leave for vacation when I walked in the door, looking to get my eyebrows done without an appointment. She couldn't have been more accommodating- accepting me graciously and fixing my unmatching brows (I haven't had the best luck with Orlando waxers).
While it is a bit expensive ($20 for brows), I completely trust Colleen and will definitely be back!

I love it here! Eric, is the first and only
Man to ever cut my hair. And I plan to keep it that way. He is amazing, easy going and a cool dude. Love coming in and he has surf videos up, or chat about Survivor. He knows how to cut my hair better than any other hair stylist I've been too! I have thick ethnic hair and when he cuts it, it falls oh so perfect. I went to him while living in Orlando, and now that I'm in St. Pete, I will still drive out to have him work his magic on my hair. Always a pleasure!

Eric is magical I tell you... magical!!! I went in on a Saturday morning and decided I wanted something "funky" and gave him leisure to do it up as he saw fit.
We decided to make my hair an art project and put in some really funky red and blonde highlights while making the rest a "chocolatey" brown. It turned out GORGEOUS!
The long layers he put in were also fantastic. Eric is a keeper!
