I had the best experience with everyone who worked with me! They helped me get this amazing vehicle and they did the best they could to help me get it at a reasonable price. I know that’s a very hard thing to do it these days with the price of a car being so high, but they did their best and were incredibly helpful and friendly about it! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a vehicle, a brand new vehicle!

They are doing classic bait and switch and dealers wonder why people hate going there. I am an experienced car buyer and understand the market pressure right now, but what Crain is doing is not acceptable.
I found what i wanted on their website. Price list with 2487 dealer discount + 750 factory discount = 3237 off for total of 41893
So when i contact them I get a price of 49,776
45130 MSRP
1397 polysteel protection lol
459 splash guards - $99 direct from Mazda
295 wheel locks - $65 direct from Mazda
2495 Market Adjust
=49776 LOL
So advertise for 7883 less than you are actually asking

I have received the worst service ever at this facility. Today I have called 6 times and was sent to voicemail 2 times. I was hung up on 2 times, one time the phone rang about 30 times and no one answered, and the person answering the phone is rude and unable to help at all. When I first bought me car there, I should have known. The customer service that I got then was horrible, but I like to get my oil changed at the dealership. I HAVE to find somewhere else to take my car. the service here is HORRIBLE. It is not about the customers at this dealership.

Don't bother going here. The customer service is awful! And if you do buy from them don't fall for their "bumper to bumper" warranty. It is not bumper to bumper and doesn't hardly cover anything at all. If you have an issue they will run you all over the dealership and never fix anything. They will make promises but nothing will be done. They will not return phone calls until you finally have had enough and call the corporate office. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy!
