Crain Hyundai Of North Little Rock
In 1977, Larry Sr. and Danny Lesley purchased Kargo, Inc. of Memphis from U-Haul Company. Kargo, Inc. of Memphis expanded, and was merged into The Crain Companies in a new 30,000 square foot facility on Mendenhall Road in Memphis. Beginning in the early 1980s, the company saw an industry trend and customer need for free-standing auto stores and opened its first KarPro in Searcy (store #2).

During the 1980s and up until 2000, the company expanded by acquisition and new locations to more than sixteen locations. 3rd generation Crain's joined the family business after graduation from the University of Arkansas, first Larry Crain, Jr. in 1985 and then Chris Crain in 1994. In 2002 Crain had the opportunity to purchase Caldwell Broadcasting of Searcy and renamed the company Crain Media, operating three FM and three AM radio stations.

After our jeep patriot was totaled, we went right back where we bought it, Crain Hyundai of North Little Rock.
That is when we met Mr. Casanova, friendly and welcoming. We found a vehicle we liked and scheduled a day to see it.
Before close of business, he texted that one had sold. We needed a vehicle with a comparable passenger and storage to our "patriot" in the next few days we were shown many replacements any we were interested in were sold before we could even call back.
Mr. Casanova never lost a step, he stayed on it "like a dog with a bone", after about a week we were almost ready to

I went online to research buying a car here. I found one that seemed decent, and reached out to their internet sales rep. He told me that it was in stock and I agreed to drive 40 miles to test drive and purchase the car based on the price the dealer had listed on the website.
I drove down, keys and title to my trade in secured in my pocket, and test drove the car. We went inside and sat down to negotiate.
The dealer first "forgot" to apply the 0.9% financing that I qualified for with a credit score of over 800, and then put the sales price at more than $4k higher than the price listed online

Drove 3 hours with an appoint to see a new car. They showed me a different car and never showed me the car I made the appointment for even though it was in stock. They then asked which car I wanted. I told them I wasn’t going to pay for a car I’ve never seen. They then wanted $7k over msrp for a market adjustment for the car we didn’t even want to see. Classic bait and switch tactics. Long story short: drove 3 hours back after not seeing the vehicle we wanted and no new car in hand.

I feel like the service department took advantage of us.
My wife had a blow out and called the roadside assistance. This part of the ordeal was handled great. The roadside assistance had the car towed to Crain Hyundai ( the dealer where we purchased the car) The car arrived at the service department around 3 pm. We were told that the tire was not covered and it would cost $155 for a new tire. At this point we have no other option and the dealership knew this. We could not leave because the car was not drivable A tire to fit this car would be $75 to $100 dollars anywhere else in town. The dealer

I purchased my 2013 Elantra in August 2012 and a year and a half later, with only about 14, 000 miles on it, I started having transmission issues. Took car into Crain service and they were very nice to look at car, put me in loaner and off I went. The next day, called me to say, they fixed my car. They "relearned" the transmission. Off I go, seversl weeks later, as I was getting on the interstate, I accelerated hard to get out in traffic, the biggest cloud of smoke you ever seen came from the rear... went straight to Crain North, oh that is a know issue, oil in pcv valve...they were
