GLES's Contracting division is a full-service demolition company prepared to tackle any project including those that contain asbestos, lead-based paint and mold hazards. We excel in selective demolition for interior renovations, where care and caution must be used to protect existing conditions. From floors, walls and ceilings, to HVAC and plumbing demolition, we can just remove a boiler, or a complete structure.
Negative pressure containments will reduce or eliminate dust exposure in other areas of your home. HEPA filtration devices will exchange the air inside the containment every 15 minutes. Friable asbestos such as vermiculite and boiler pipe insulation generally require negative pressure enclosures. Non-friable materials like floor tile and transite siding do not require full containment.
