I just used this pharmacy today and was amazed at the quality of the service. It has nothing to do with any other pharmacy nearby. Hopefully, you and I stay away from pharmacies for as long as possible, but if you find the big names CVS, . First time here, how fantastic the staff is! Unfortunately we had a very unprofessional, dishonest experience here with my Womens Health Compounded Rx.
My Practitioner and I had requested a specific brand and been assured of this and been quoted the pricing based on this specific brand ingredient in my compounded Rx.
When the Rx arrived, they had switched the brand we requested with another cheaper ingredient.
After my Womens Health Practitioner suggested we switch to another compounding pharmacy, the pharmacist at Custom Care Pharmacy called our new compounding pharmacy, Professional Village and tried to poison the relationship by giving

Absolutely count on Custom Care for my personal compounded hormone cream, and progesterone. I've used them for 4 years. Outstanding staff!
Extremely accommodating. I travel and need RX rather quickly, they manage to make that happen. Pharmacist available for private one on one regarding meds. Easy in and out for pick-up; they also deliver.

Would not recommend this Pharmacy. Had more than one... problem with orders. Mostly failure to communicate important details like .. an order was partially filled but they failed to tell me the second half would follow. A new medicine was delivered that appeared different from earlier medicines and they failed to communicate that. I was not sure if I had the correct medicine.
One one occasion they failed to sign off on the label and the dosage labeled was incorrect! Found a better Pharmacy!

This is the best compounding pharmacy in the Bay Area...by far! I had an order from my physician that was originally called into a compounding pharmacy in San Jose. But because I really needed this prescription and since I live in the San Ramon Area, I called Custom Care and found out they could make it!
But the other compounding pharmacy called me to tell me that they would have my prescription ready for overnight delivery. BUT the order was different than what my doctors office told me and what Custom Care told me. I questioned this guy - the molecular scientist - and he gave me some slick used
