Working alongside Maui Pool Masters has been an extremely positive experience. Though we have only been affiliated for a few months now, in that short time we have been able to witness firsthand the authenticity and integrity of the people who bring this company to life. She is quick to come up with solutions, and offers valuable insight in to the world of pool construction and the industry in general. Best Pool Company Ever!
We just completed our first pool, and the process could not have been any better. Maui Pool Masters, led by Ben Castillon (owner) and Shantal English (project manager), built a very high quality pool in a very reasonable time frame. As first time pool owners, we were very concerned about everything we didn’t know and everything that could go wrong, especially on Maui where good, timely workmanship is, shall we say, sometimes difficult to come by. Shantal guided us through the whole process, from the start of selecting finishes and accessories to the end of programming

Around July 1st we got our pool back....and we are THRILLED at the work that Maui Pool Masters did. Real pros...everyone of them. Ben Castilon, the owner, was in there every day with his boys and it was just amazing to watch them all work together...everyone knowing their role...like it was rehearsed! I was amazed at everyone's attention to detail and that fact that no one had to be told what to do. It was obvious, this wasn't their first rodeo. As you can see from the BEFORE photos, our pool was in dire need of replastering. But I thought it would be cool to have a Baja shelf

Not a huge reviewer here, but sometimes, you just have to. These guys are absolutely amazing. From the initial planning, thru every step, they were the utmost professionals. It means a lot to take on a large project and have total confidence they can handle everything with perfection. We had an excellent experience with Ben and his crew building our pool. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, has plenty of experience, and is very professional. He and his whole crew are great at what they do and kind and pleasant through the whole process. We were very impressed with their organization, scheduling, and ability to meet deadlines. There were zero extra costs on top of the agreed upon contract/budget, and the whole process went flawlessly. We would absolutely have Ben build us a pool again if we ever move.
