Born and raised in Maui, Hawaii in 1960, third generation to plantation workers at the age of 5 my father Mr. Andres Cabingas would take me into the cane fields after his work day to gather his vegetables that he grew for our family.
After our harvest we would walk the huge pipe line out of the fields and I remember my dad saying to me."son, if you can't keep up you get left behind!" well, needless to say yes, I had a hard time keeping up, I fell off that huge irrigation pipe many times but I got back up and kept trying to keep up.This is where I learned the core values of hard work, integrity and the simple things in life.

This home was built as a design build detailing the owner's visions. Built with structural integrity this 2 story home features many custom details which portray the owners characteristics, such as: custom stepped radius soffits, sunken living room, niches & arches, radius bay windows, natural stone tile & granite counter tops.
The Wailuku Heights owner asked to renew the outdated master bath by removing all wallpaper, installing new cabinetry, Quartz counter top, refresh paint and installing ceramic tile with modern hardware along with a grab bar. Thought I would write about Mike Cabingas a bit. If you are planning on using him for renovations or remodeling I wholeheartedly rand unconditionally recommend Mike.
Our interior custom craftmanship projects includes a beautiful hand crafted rotating shelve that artistically divides two rooms. Our outdoor featured craftmanship include a outdoor fence door coupled with a delicate trellis rouding out the backdoor living area. Functional projects inlcude utility rooms for water heaters and outdoor sheds.
Cabingas has an impressive record with commercial properties. In fact, if you've been around the island, you'll have seen some of Cabingas' work! From Lahainaluna and Paia Schools to Wailuku Millyard and Kapalua Bay Hotel, Mike and his crew's work can be seen everywhere! We absolutely love with Mike and his crew did with our commercial property construction.
