My Frist visit I was not a fan of there price's. But when i experience how clean and friendly the worker who help the man on computer was I believe his name was ron or rod. He was so helpful and sweet. I didn't have to strain my back and I got in and out quickly. I was fine missing a couple cents difference. Due to how nice my experience was! BUT MY TRIP RECENTLY NOT AS CLEAN AS IT USED TO BE! NOT SURE WHERE THE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL Employee was. I am not from the Columbus area, so I wasn't familiar with the hours of operation. On Google it says they are open until 5 on Saturday. I called just to verify, and the lady who answered the phone rudely informed me that they closed at 4:30. My GPS had me arriving on time, but it didn't take into account the road closures on the freeway. I called back to explain my situation and inform them that I was going to be just a few minutes late, she again rudely stated that they weren't going to stay open for one person who can't tell time. Very clean nice place I just came in here everyone was real polite my stuff got taken care of fast Eugene who weighs out the precious metals as always giving me the upmost respect and courtesy Robert it was his helper today and he helped me unload it was a very pleasant trip here I would recommend people coming here
