I was 3 hours late and they still got me to a door right away. Make sure you bring a scale ticket with you and also when you’re done emptied, they’re going to send you to another location (0.5 mile) to get light/heavy scale. The scale place will fax to DMS the scale ticket. Nice lady at the shipping/receiving office.

3 stars for sending me across town to get an empty scale ticket . 3.4miles i spend tons of fuel ,energy , and time to try and get to the scale and it took 20min each way .i would give 5 stars for the quick loading and niceness of the people loading they need to emphasize on the must of having an empty scale ticket before getting here .this town is so crowded and definitely not for truckers.
