Services
This course was built on hilly terrain and has ponds coming into play on three holes. The rough is composed of a heather-type grass, and the numerous mounds and grassy hollows provide for an even greater challenge. As the original course of Lake Oconee, The Landing set the stage for what has become a premier golf destination.

Though I did receive eventually a full refund with a little bit of help from my attorney sister having a talk with the front desk after they refused me a full refund, here is what you can expect at this hotel. The photos I have provided are fairly self-explanatory. However they were only the tip of the iceberg of the filth you can expect to see at this hotel.
I want you to look at their advertised photos of the rooms. This is a clear case of false advertising. It is a catfish scenario in hotel form. Rooms look nothing like 25 year old photos posted on Advertising.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I have stayed in some borderline nasty places but this one trumps them all! If you're looking for a "roach motel," this place is for you. The "complimentary continental breakfast" is an absolute joke. There is mold and mildew everywhere. Can lead paint harm adults? lol This place is ridiculous. Honestly, not sure how this place is still operating. Pay the extra 15-20 bucks and don't sleep in filth.

I am serious! I don't know how the health department has not closed this "hotel"? There is mold and mildew all over the interior and exterior of this building. The fixtures are the original from when the building was build, whatever decade that was? They are also so clogged with mildew and deposits they don't function properly. The soap dish in the shower had so much crud on it I would not put anything in it, dirty to the point of discoloration everywhere. The cheap paneling, that is also original, was painted over, buckling, and the whole room

Guy at the counter lives behind the counter. Does drugs and knocks on people's doors in the middle of the night to talk... worst place imaginable, I burned my clothes after that tour.

This place is a complete dump. The smell was terrible and when I went in the room it was dirty with a stain on the wall that I could not tell if it was blood or feces. Maybe both? If you are looking for a place to stay keep going. You are better off sleeping in your car at a rest stop then spending the night here.
