We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. Corrective exercises are the use of bodily movements and/or postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues.

We want to do everything we can to eliminate any unnecessary stressors, which is why we include the option of printing and completing your forms at home. Have been to a chiropractor before and I swear by them. After moving to Sebastian, I needed to find a new Doctor. Spoke with several neighbors and got Dr. Stepanek's name. I had a minor issue and called to make an appointment. The great receptionist got me in that afternoon. All of the staff was so nice and professional. Spoke with Dr. Stepanek and told him my history and the minor issue. After he checked me out, I got an adjustment. He is a real nice person to speak with. The adjustment felt great, after not having one for about four years. Felt great leaving the office. When I went to back out

I have been going to Dr. Jeff for a few months for my maintenance adjustments and am very satisfied with him and his staff. On one visit he noticed I had an elbow band on for a recently diagnosed (by my pcp) Tennis Elbow. It was sore for weeks until Dr. Jeff did some sort of a wrist adjustment and got instant soreness relief. After one more session with Dr. Jeff, my elbow issue is no more! Thank you Dr. Jeff!

I have long term multiple spinal issues resulting from numerous injuries and work experience. When my chiropractor retired I thought I’d try Dr Stepanek. Naturally, I waited until I had an acute problem and was in pain. But they got me in on the same day and fixed my neck issue in one visit and a follow up a few days later. Great front office, nice facility and a skilled practitioner.

I just moved to the area from California and was looking for a chiropractor. They immediately got me appointment. The staff very friendly and professional. Dr. Jeff was very good and helpful with a shoulder injury that hadn’t healed correctly. I would recommend this office for anyone looking. Very clean environment . Thank you again to all the staff.
