I am about a month or two late, but I would say...
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.
I came here because my tire light was on before my drive back to Houston. First off, the service was okay. Had me wait in line for about 15 minutes, person kept hopping around cars which made it seem like he was trying to accommodate everyone, but could have easily just solved each car's problem and showed them where to go, if there wasn't so much running around.
I would say the worst part was then my tire from this place POPPED in the middle of 45 at 9 PM at night.
I've never had any tires pop - a flat tire, yes, but

Went to this establishment a few weeks ago to get a used tire since mine was jacked up from it rubbing something. JR helped me right away and even straightened out the dent that was damaging my tire. My car use to sound like something was going to fall off when I hit a speed bump or pot hole in the roads. I no longer have that issue thanks to JR 😁 awesome service! Will continue to go back.

I spent $300 on 4 used tires here that were supposed to be all the same brand and tread. They did not balance the tires at all. On the freeway I can tell they're way, way off balance - and my pressure gauge corroborates that by showing different tire pressures for each tire.
$300 for 4 used tires isn't a great deal as it is, but the fact that they couldn't be bothered to balance them is what really throws me. Definitely wouldn't shop here again.

No service=terrible service. We just needed to get a tire patched and we asked if they could patch it they didn't even give an adequate answer. They just said "I have 2 guys." and walked off to help the person after us. Went right across the street to Hamm's Tires and they helped us with our issue. Never going back to J&J!

I stopped by to get my tire plugged, but unfortunately they don't provide the service. Even though they didn't make any money from me they still were kind enough to refer me to someone (HAMM'S) that could help. That's very good customer service in my book. I spoke with the gentleman named Joey and we ended up talking for quite a bit about the Dallas Cowboys. He's not from Texas but he's a fan so he's all right with me.

I was looking for a tire shop near downtown Dallas where I work to buy a used tire for my car, since I had just replaced the other front tire with a used one the previous weekend (see my previous post). I called first to make sure they had the low profile tire I needed in stock before I drove over there after work. I spoke with Roy, who told me that he was away from the shop, but that he would call and find out if they did, and would call me right back, which he did! I drove over after work, and was promptly greeted and taken care of (I even sat in the car with the A/C most of the time)! They got

It was really hectic when I arrived however I did finally get help. The parking lot is really crappy but manageable. They are very fair with their prices and they also have a $3 tire patch. Friendly staff and unlike most used tire shops they accept debit you get a 30 day Warranty. Plus they stay open until 12am
