When philosophy and action proceed hand-in-hand, something extraordinary happens: a guiding principle is formed. For Chef/Owner Mark Elliott, that principle is to serve the best and freshest locally produced agrarian products to his guests. It is a principle that was formed in Mark's childhood, and as a young apprentice chef in Southeastern England.

Mark would further develop a deep connection to the green grocer, the baker, the fishmonger, the butcher, the cheesemaker. Daily sourcing for the kitchen's provisions was a way of life. Chef Elliott has forged relationships with regional farmers to obtain their produce, livestock and artisan products, when they are at the peak of freshness.

As a full service caterer, we provide customized menus, rental coordination, professional service staff and bartenders, as well as set-up and break-down of your event. We cater to all needs from something as simple as beverages and boxed lunch delivery to multi-course gala dinners. Start with either our fixed priced catering options, or create a bespoke menu to fit your budget.
We use a great online system that keeps all communication in one place, along with contacts, special requests, etc. The whole process begins with one email (Catering@elliottsonlinden.com). We cater all occasions from elaborate weddings, cocktail parties, corporate luncheons, to family reunions! If you're ready to celebrate, we're ready to serve.
Every bride and groom has a unique and personal vision of their wedding. From our initial consultation to sweeping up the confetti after your last dance, no detail is too small. Let us focus on the little things so that you can enjoy your big moment! We will customize a bespoke menu that incorporates your ideas, food requirements and budget.

Elliott’s catered our wedding this past September and we could not have asked for a better vendor! The team operates at the highest levels of professionalism with such kindness and graciousness, it made the entire experience wonderful and stress-free. Elise understood everything we wanted – and made sure we got it! We ended up with a completely different menu than what we had first envisioned, but Elise and the team were so accommodating with all the changes. Furthermore, Elise was extremely helpful in offering as much help as needed for last minute venue walk-throughs and alcohol-permit issues

On 9/7/17, Elliott's Catering Company served 320 guests at a 39-table fundraising event in Southern Pines, and there are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe how perfectly they managed the dinner. We chose to have dinner served family style because it is more fun and for convenience sake. The menu was Southern - fried chicken with greens and roasted potatoes, shrimp and grits, and roasted root vegetables, arugula and romaine with goat cheese and orange/rosemary vinaigrette. If that was not spectacular enough, then came dessert. To call it cheesecake is to compare a sidewalk
