I live in Baltimore. I moved here 5 + years ago. I always wanted to do some improvements to my place. I believe in Baltimore. I have a wonderful charming historic 170 year old home in Mt Vernon.
I have had problems finding suitable individual to help me maintain and improve this property. When I thought I had found someone, turns out this individual was not qualified, and not capable to even complete the job. I ended up abandoned with a total mess. My basement was torn out, HVAC not working, toxic fumes circulating, leaks, and basic structure in question

Im Not going to give specific details but, just know that this company does have a problem paying employees. DO NOT WORK HERE they are not professional. The employees that they have in charge don’t have the proper knowledge when it comes to remodeling a home. Don’t not hire these people or give them support. They are con artist. Horrible company. Would give 0 stars if possible

Josh and James performed a renovation on my personal residence in Hampden. It was an insurance claim for a full home renovation - a rowhome in Baltimore City. They did a fantastic job. Josh is one of the best site foremen I have ever worked with on this type of work - quick, diligent, understanding of design elements. We were on a tight schedule and budget, and the team at Iconic helped me to hit all my goals. Would highly recommend.
